Fill gas all the way - pick up location is a gas station! :-) Called the 800 number and Terrie Teague answered the call immediately and found the truck we needed a few miles away. Very thankful that she was so helpful.

My experience was terrible. The truck had $29 base cost + $1.52 per mile. I thought dropping off at different location would be cheaper due to less mileage. The agent did NOT know or explain to me that dropping at different location has completely different fee structure. I even asked why was I paying so much upfront, would I get refund when I drop off? He told me yes! So I end up paying 50-60% more than returning to same location. Misleading! Untrained! I demand the difference back.

PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE insurance on my bills. I have my own insurance. I requested not to have insurance during the reservation and at the time of pickup truck! Please provide credit immediately. Thx, jenny Fu Marks

I pulled in to this location with my 10' truck 30 minutes before closing time on Dec. 3. at 5:30pm. A woman, who told me her name was Cathy, was clearly "out of sorts" was inside the very small gas station kiosk. She told me her gas station was out of order and that she had no time to deal with me. She ask for the key and told me to leave. She took my paperwork and gave me nothing in return. No receipt...nothing. I took pictures of the truck and called U-haul customer service with the relevant information. This morning, Dec. 4, I did receive a receipt showing the "$0" balance that I expect. In the end, everything worked out fine. However, I would never recommend or return to this location given the anxiety caused by the attendant (Cathy). I understood that she was under stress from the gas station issue, but that was no reason to be so rude and abrupt to me.

They were so helpful, responsive and kind. It's a small gas station with a few rentals. The entire process took about 15 mins, and the attendant graciously helped us lining up and securing the hitch. 5 stars!!

I was switched to a different location than originally booked I was overcharged for the rental The woman told me that there was insurance when the original was booked so I said ok fine, but learned from my brother after(he booked the truck) that he did not want insurance so we were charged for two days of that even though we returned it the same day. There was barely any gas at all in the truck I was not told that I only had a 30 minute window to pick up my vehicle so I arrived 34 minutes past the time (no idea or else I would have been there at the exact time) to find that they couldn't wait the 4 extra minutes and cancelled my rental. Everything about the experience, changes and additional costs were ridiculous. I was very displeased with it.

Truck was filthy inside and out. Trash inside can with sticky liquid spills in cab. Bed of truck was so dirty and slightly oily like it had never been cleaned and got our moving blankets dirty and we needed to have them cleaned. The agent told my wife if she didnt like it she could go somewhere else. We will never go to this location again
