Please stop using scented cleaners. I told the desk staff that using that much FABULOSO was so bad I had pull over at a car wash, stop and buy stuff to clean off inside of cab. It only h er lped somewhat. It really set off my asthma. Otherwise everything is well done for a very busy hub.

Well, the whole pick up was a complete mess. First of all, my rental was reserved to picked up at 9am in Cotati, CA....the night before I received a call from UHaul Rep who said "Calling to confirm 10:30am pick-up" and I said, "No, it's supposed to be 9am"...she RUDELY said "Well, it won't be available until 10:30 am - do you want it or not?" What choice did I have. Very RUDE and no customer service - she promptly HUNG up when I said yes. Then later that evening, I received an email reminder confirming - in the email, I NOTICED the location changed to SANTA ROSA....no one told me and if I hadn't read it, I would have arrived to the WRONG location. This caused anxiety as we were already late moving due to the time constraint. No call - and, might I add, at the top of the email, it still showed COTATI as my location - but the body of the email showed a different location in the next city over......thank goodness I read over it, or we would have been at the wrong place. I understand the complexity of scheduling and I understand the concepts and difficulties involved and I would probably have been understanding about it, but the complete and total lack of customer service was beyond the pale. Then, when we arrived, the line was out the door - I get it, they were busy. But when we finally (1 hour in line) got to the front and received our truck, it wasn't clean (COVID-it was muddy and not wiped down) and the mileage was WRONG. When we noted it, the rep couldn't figure out how to adjust it on the computer, so he hand wrote a note on our paperwork and sent us on our way....I wasn't comfortable with this, but remember, we were already 1 1/2 hours beyond our original plan to pick up the rental at a different location (and, we had driven in from out of town)....so we, with trepidation, took the handwritten note and hoped for the best. The remainder of the trip was uneventful and the truck was fine.....I will need to rent another truck in about a month to move my college daughter, and I doubt I will patron UHaul again - even if I have to pay more directly as a result to the poor customer service provided.

We had terrible customer service there. Absolutely no help with finding the right hitch for the trailer. Took forever to check in even though I did everything online. They didn’t have the trailer that we needed even though we reserved it. Then they found one that wasn’t even checked in. We waited outside for someone to help us hitch the trailer and when asking for a tutorial they made a big deal about it. The trailer was filled with blankets inside of it from the previous client. Not impressed especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Really really mad about this location and will never come back. When we returned the trailer the employee watched us pull up and didn’t bother to say anything to us. We were the ones who said hi first and asked if this is where we return it. He said ya. Customer service sucks here! Never again.

When picking up and dropping off equipment please have the staff outside present as I had to wait 10-15 minutes each time with no other customer waiting.

the lady on the phone who helped me with my reservation was awesome -- very friendly and helpful. The man who accepted my return in the lot wasn't -- he was rather surly.

Your online contactless is a huge joke. Even though my GPS was on, your website received permission to know my GPS location, and I followed all the steps your site would allow me to go so far then stop and demand my GPS location again! So talk to your team and let them know the issue because for at the very least a year will be the length of time before we can take our masks off.

The initial man who helped us was very rude to me during our entire interaction. He told another coworker that he had to leave to run some errands and so the other man completed our transaction upon pickup of the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle he appeared to be in a better mood. I would not want to be helped by that same man again.
