The service was great. The vehicle was essentially perfect other than the fuel gauge was incorrect. Here is why. The truck was new and had 27 miles on it when I rented it out. I returned it with 46 miles on it. Therefore I drove 19 miles. I was told to make sure the gas was at the same level as when I took it out. That was at 7/16ths full. After filling it with 4 gallons the gauge still didn’t go up. There is no way the pickup truck got 5 miles to the gallon, and even if it did the gauge should have registered at 7/16 after filling. Now I’m out that money because Uhaul won’t pay back for extra gas.

The staff did not do an inspection "walk around the vehicle" with us at the time of purchase up as in the past when renting. Also, the person who brought the vehicle around to the front & was told what supplies we ordered, forgot to load them so we ended up with no moving pads.

I got a call from the manager traffic manager and he said he would call me back he never called me I had two trucks reserved in Santa Rosa due to the fact that they told me I would not be able to get the 24-foot truck that I had reserved and I didn't understand why they waited till the last day to call me that made no sense to me that's why I rent two trucks in Santa Rosa so I'd be prepared so this guy called me and talk to me on the phone and asked me why I said I got to cover myself because I need this much space so he said he'd call me back and also said he would let me know if the truck would be available at 7 a.m. for me in Ukiah so he emailed me to an email address that I no longer have and also called a number that I no longer have and all the new people who have I've been dealing with never missed a call or never had any problem calling my number and getting my new email address so I want I want to talk to someone I want to talk to or someone that wants to talk to me about this because of poor service I got there in a little bit so I'm was really disappointed with the service normal for whatever reason because the traffic manager had to call me he didn't call me he didn't give me the information I needed and he cancelled the truck that I had reserved there so I had one truck only when I showed up I couldn't have another truck cuz there were none left on the supposedly the busiest day of the year I don't really know don't really care what I want to do I got the truck at 2:30 from Ukiah I used it till 6 and returned it so I want my money back as what I want and I want someone to call me about this because I paid for the truck cuz I had to be out of this house I had no other options I would have not had a problem if I had the 215 for trucks that I had rented but because he decided to cancel one of my trucks without telling me I'm really upset and I probably would never use this service again in the past I've had a really good service from you people and you've been really fair to me but at this point in time I wouldn't even recommend you to my best friend let alone a relative or some other

I went in and rented a 6 x 8 enclosed trailer a month before we needed it. When we picked it up they told us we had to take the 6 x 12 because they had overbooked. We were very unhappy about driving that big thing to LA for one hutch. I will not go back there

Horrible experience. Will not use uhaul again. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a cross country move to have absolutely one problem after the next. U-Haul should be ashamed of themselves.

We received a smaller truck than we originally reserved, the customer service person at the store was rude and raising his voice at another costumer who's reservation was also messed up, we were promised a $50 reservation fee reimbursement but I have no idea if we even received it or if they charged us correctly because I have not received any email with a receipt. I emailed them requesting one and I have yet to hear back from them which has been a few days.

The man that helped me get my uhaul was wonderful, I wish I remembered his name, but he was funny and helpful. They were adamant about me returning my uhaul at 3:15 because it had a reservation after me, I returned it at 2:50, I was standing in line to turn it in, and a woman that worked there told me since I have my card on file and email, to just leave the keys in the car with the receipt, as I did. They then called me and my dad hours later about not returning it, then I called them back, was on hold for twenty minutes of my own time for something I didn’t do. I finally talked to someone and they took care of it, the next day they texted me, called me and my dad again about still not returning it. Very irritating, very unorganized
