This place was terrible. I waited 20 minutes in the rain because no one was in the office. The person got dropped off late to work I assume. I reserved an appliance dolly, but they apparently didn’t have any. When I dropped off the truck, the person, instead of just checking mileage, went and parked the truck. This took an awkward amount of time, which all I wanted to do after a long day is go home. I’ve always used uhaul for moving purposes, but this experience will make me reconsider

In the morning the woman said she only knows how to do basic checkouts. She knew nothing about equipment and ask questions of the U-Haul places have never asked before. When I return to the trailer the tow strap had been damaged during the day but we realized that they never instructed us how to use the tow straps how to use the chains how to prevent damage to the trailer. When I notified them of the damage which I did while I was driving there so they could prepare the trailer for a teacher customer, she was clueless. then I had to hang around for a half hour while they try to get somebody on the phone to determine charges. U-Haul really needs to train the staff at this location especially the Latina woman who works the register with dark hair. She was personable but she was clueless about equipment, about telling about car trailers about U-Haul I will never go back to this location and I will not recommend this location anybody

Dropped off the Uhaul on Christmas Day so the store wasn't open - the sign was pretty clear on how to drop the keys off, so had no problems!

Location is supposed to open at 8am, no one was around to help or open the store until 820am. Process was very disorganized and the card reader was malfunctioning with different payment cards. I came solo to pick up the truck and I wasn’t allowed to leave my car there, I was forced to park a couple blocks away on a residential street and run across a high traffic road to get back to the store. When I returned the truck, around 3pm, there was no one in sight and the store was closed. Had to just drop the key in the mail slit. I’ve rented uhauls close to a dozen times and this was by far the worst experience.

Very frustrating situation as when we picked it up the guy messed things up. Our drop off day was correct but he did not account for the correct days so I was asked to pay 200 more! Not acceptable.

I will be sending a long letter to your corporate offices about the horrible experience I had with U-Haul today. I would expect a complete refund ,,,, at least. From pick-up to drop-off, it was terrible.

I went 17 miles I have receipts fo r10 dollars of gas they charged me for 2 gallons bull crap! It was on the far left side of the hash mark when I picked up but I made sure to make it straight up, thats' poor business deceiptful not honest! I'm so angry this is a scam

Caesar did a great job making sure we got everything we needed. I did the pre checkin online and we were in our truck in about 20 min with all our supplies. When we returned the truck Caesar checked us in. Everyone we encountered here was very customer service oriented. I would not hesitate to rent here again. Just a note to others though, this is a satellite uHaul rental center so they have limited supplies.

It wasn't a nice area. I called U-Haul customer service one day prior to the pick up date asking about if the 10' trucker is a 3 seater, they said "Yes", but when we pick up the truck, they told the 10' truck is only a two seater which made it difficult for us. Not to mention that the guy at the counter was super slow, he kept getting help from his colleague. It took me nearly 20 minutes just to pick up a truck. It was not a good experience for me.

Rental checking and out was quick and efficient. There is no customer parking. Truck had 1/4 of a tank of gas at pickup. The customer gets screwed either way in this situation - to little gas at drop off and get charged, too much and we don't get money back. The first thing I had to do after pickup was waste time filling the truck.

I drove the u- haul five miles on the way back i stopped and put three gals of gas in the truck witch was way more than i used and they charged me $15 for gas im not that good in math but for driving the truck only five miles and putting three gals of gas in it why should they charge me another $15 even if i dident put any gas in it $15 for five miles come on

Loved the customer service Rep that attended us she was very polite, cuarteos, explained everything to us in a quick and simple way for us to understand the concepts of the contract and returning the rental she was quick precise and explained all fees and information both visits were managed quick and efficiently and took about 5 mins of our time.
