Improve their internet speed.
We reserved a car carrier and received confirmation. But they did not have one, not only at this location there wasn't one in southern California. We had to rent one in Quartside AZ. Was not happy!!!!!

We did not receice the key for the pad lock, so we had to spend 7$ our of pocket to buy one. The gas station attendant was working alone, so I can understand if this was missed, he was multi tasking with several customers at a time. He could use help!

The check in and out process could be smoother. The owner was a bit aggressive. I would rate from uhaul again Pricing was good bit this owner of this shop was an arrogant women hating ass.
It's not clear why I was charged for mileage because the first 50 miles should be included in the rental.
Have someone to do only the paper work because the person that's there is a little busy and it take extra time
I find it odd that UHaul would say the closest place to drop off was a small Gas station in OC Gas, Santa Ana. There was a bigger uHaul location in Tustin 3 miles away from where I unloaded. It never showed up when I was booking the one way.
The owner was very kind, professional and accommodating.

This mobile pick up and return process is terrible and functions very poorly.
I anticipated my U-Haul experience to be efficient, convenient and easy! However, this could not be farther from what it turned out to be. I booked a one way trip, and due to the pandemic made sure to choose the '24/7 Mobile Pick Up' option, so that I limited any interactions with people. I was originally assigned to the Discount Tire and Service Center on 144 N Tustin St, for a 3.00pm pick up time. Upon arrival, I opened the U-Haul app (as I was told to download this to prepare for Mobile Pick Up), and I was shown a notification stating â€˜Equipment Rental Error' and to seek assistance inside. I was then told by the employees that there was no truck available for me at this location, and I was to be transferred to a different pick up spot. I proceeded to drive to Grand Avenue Service station at 2302 N Grand Ave. I reopened the app to start the pick up process and was prompted to begin the â€˜Online Check In' process. After inputting my license photos, and payment information my pick up time was shown to move to 4.15pm. I went inside the gas station to see if anyone could help me, and I was told that the U-Haul employee had gone home at 3.00pm, despite this location saying they would offer 24/7 services. Annoyed, I waited 30 minutes for the time to come around, and when it did, I was not prompted to begin the â€˜Mobile Check In' process. I called the customer service line and waited 10 minutes to be helped by a representative. When I told her I was not being prompted to begin the pick up process and receive a â€˜Truck Number' as it had showed in the â€˜Mobile Pick Up' videos on the website, she responded with â€˜I don't know what you're talking about. I don't know what a truck number is', and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Frustrated, I called the customer service line AGAIN and waited another 10 minutes to be helped. When the second woman answered, I told her the same thing. She ALSO said, â€˜I don't know what a truck number is'. I clarified, and said there was nothing prompting me to FIND my truck and start the pick up process as the website says, and she proceeded to tell me â€˜you are not doing it right. This is not my fault, you must be doing something wrong'. I asked if she could manually check what the status of my booking was and she continued to tell me â€˜you are doing something wrong, I can't help you'. I then asked to be transferred to a different representative. Finally, I was transferred to a THIRD person who ACTUALLY KNEW what I was talking about when I said the app was not assigning me a truck number. I spent another hour on the phone with her, as she said there should be someone at every U-Haul location who is authorized to help, but this was not the case at this location. She put me onto a conference call with ANOTHER representative and told me after figuring it out she realized THEY did not SET UP THE TRUCK FOR ME TO PICK UP, despite me getting a transfer email notification to pick up my truck at this location?!? I appreciate the help the last representati
I don't know who's fault was this but I made a reservation online to assure my rental. I get to the Wayfield st. Location just to find out my rental was not there. I was sent to a different location on grand st. The guy tells me I am going to get a $60 discount and when I get there the person helping me said I had to call the manager. He also asked for my drivers license and phone number when I had already filled it out online to save time! I am very disappointed as the 40 min I wasted driving from one place to another made me late to my event. My credit card was charged today, I hope someone calls me soon to clear this matter and get refunded
Only frustration was the app would not work beyond a certain point as I was trying to avoid unnecessary face to face contact given Coronavirus concerns.
My pick up location was changed without me being notified and I didn't figure this out until the day of my reservation. The location and services were fine but the pickup location was farther away then my original location. I spoke with a customer service agent who, after I explained my frustrations, said I would be refunded/reimbursed $50. I wasn't given any further information about how this would be done but I can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
It's a gas station with Uhauls parked in the back in low light. What's inviting or worthy of recommendation of that.
Uhaul personel was off for the day, had to leave the keys in a box hoping nothing bad happens to them. The gas attendant was helpful.
