Only 4 trucks on small lot and was told we had no choice of getting larger truck so we settled for 15'. The office rep was helpful getting lock open for us (we had a problem opening it); but overall quick service.
when I got the pick up truck she said the tank was full, the gauge was a little below full, I thought it was no big deal, before the returning of vehicle I filled up the tank to above previous point the fuel gauge was, I have a recorded video of this, but now on my bill I see a $10 charge for gas. I am being charged $10 extra! .
The 800 number recommending the truck size was way off. It would be helpful regardless of number of bedrooms to ask what clients have to move. Our furniture barely fit in the 20 foot truck.
The guy that help out people there is an asshole forgive my leanguage but he had a customer before me. And he was not perfecional at all
The man who helped us was rude, mean and grouchy. We were late and he called us told us we needed to get there or wait until 3. We were encroaching his lunch break. They do not answer their phone.We had to speak to the main number.Moving is a stressful experience, but the customer service was outright horrible. There was graffiti on the side of the truck as well. My husband went to return the truck. He had trash in it. The man said I will charge you for it. My husband asked for the keys back. He got the trash out, and he asked where the trashcan was. He told him there is no trash can. So my husband had to use the key again to take the trash somewhere else. That was seriously ridiculous!!
NOTHING - Tom and Lara are AMAZING. Who else goes past the call of duty to make their customers feel like they are important? During these days, NO ONE. Revoke this locations partnership, the attendant, who may also be the business owner is completely unprofessional. The attendant was extremely rude, aggressive, and conformational. In addition, he did not wear a mask during Covid-19. Hands down worst u-haul experience ever.

Great location and excellent service
I cannot say anything bad about this physical location. But u-haul as a company screwed up my reservation big time. I had scheduled a 20' truck to be picked up at 7am more than a week ahead of time. The night before I received a call letting me know that the location I had selected did not have it available until 9am. Which was fine at that point. I go to the location, and they don't even have a 20' truck available. No location within 15 miles had a truck available. Finally found one more than 25 miles away. Red Carpet didn't offer any type of comp for the major inconvenience, but I understand, it's not their fault. My move went from 7am to 12 pm by the time the truck was ready. I would still like for U-haul to provide some type of comp for the inconvenience of going out of my way (aside from the $50 - which I won't see in my account for more than 3-4 days) some type of free miles would have been great. My initial round trip move would have been only 6 miles.
Front driver side tire pressure was low (light on dashboard). Customer service did not find it worrisome. I was a bit perplexed as this truck would be used to have more heavier cargo once loaded. Stopped at gas station to put air. unacceptable that a flat tire was not addressed before handing off to us. Thank you
Smile when you greet a customer. Answer questions directly without sounding like you need to make the sale. I almost didn't use the service and wouldn't have if it wasn't for the fact it was 109 degrees outside to be doing trips on my truck. The location the woman could not smile for the life of her was in Santa Ana off of Fairview and Alton. First time ever renting Uhaul and last. A positive costs you nothing.
The man working the desk was rude and unpleasant to work with. The only reason I kept my reservation with him was because it was a busy weekend and everyone else was booked up; otherwise, I would've not done business with them.
Manager is late and extremely rude. Asked him simply if he was the manager and responded in a rude manner! Seemed like he had very little patience! I would've made more of effort an to correct him but I seriously needed the Uhaul... definitely would not recommend to my friends unless they want poor quality service!
The only reason I would recommend this location is because the woman that runs it was so helpful considering U-Haul completely fowled up my reservation. It cost me double to move that day because of the error. I will be contacting corporate.

The location overall was great. However, when I reserved the truck I selected the truckshare 24/7 so that I could pick up the truck early, before the office opened. I confirmed this through your main telephone 3 times, and each time I was assured that I could pick it up at 8am. When I got there to pick it up at 8, I found out that I was scheduled for hand delivery. I had to wait until 9 when the office opened to get the truck. I needed to be back in Orange by 9, which is why I confirmed 3 times that I could pick it up early. I was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get the problem resolved, but by that time the office was open. I was very disappointed in the level of professionalism displayed with uhaul. If you're not going to be able to pick the truck up until 9, that's fine, just don't tell me that I can pick it up early.
