The tire pressure light and the door light was on as well as the price of the rental was a lie. They tell you that you will get a refund but when you go in for the refund of the remaining balance it comes back to where you’re owing them more money. So no I would not recommend them and I definitely will not use them again.

The staff member who checked me in, and also who accepted the return, is courteous, professional, and fast. Quite the opposite from the delightful gentleman who i rented a pickup truck from a few weeks ago. That guy had the personality and friendliness of a stump. Customer service is NOT his calling. I dare say he hated he was having to do that job that day. The woman who i dealt with ( or who dealt with me) this time really helped erase the bad taste in my mouth left by the previous rental agent.

This is not the location I chose for pick up originally. The phone call I received the day before tried to send me to a different location and did not tell me that location opened late than my original pick up time request. I called back and they sent me to this one for the earlier pick up time but failed to tell me the rate was changed. Luckily the manager matched my original rate.

The gas was at 1/4 of a tank. They ask me to sign the ticket inside before I saw the needle. The girl sais she would correct from the 1/2 tank. she did not. Also I told them I was going to Atlanta GA(Buckhead). They had me dropping off in Madison GA 65 miles away. Uhaul in Madison/Buckhead says this is a problem with this drop-off in Buckhead/ATL GA. per TED 706-342-2100

Busy, and manager was trying to train two new employees, so he was running everywhere and drenched in sweat, yet still took the time to explain everything and check us in.

The tow dolly fenders were in complete disrepair. The driver side light bracket kept falling out due to a crack in one of the retention holes. I would have to pull over and snap the light back in ever 100 or so miles until the light fell out somewhere in Oklahoma. Passenger side light housing rivets sheared and I drug the housing on the freeway for a mile or so until I could pull over. This trailer should have been better inspected by employees prison to renting it out for a cross country trip.

They didn't inprocess my return correctly when I got there so I got a call hours later asking when I'll return. Just got my receipt and they charged me 15 more miles than I had when I left. Absolutely horrendous to take advantage of a customer like that.

This uhaul store is the most TERRIBLE we have ever dealt with. We get there and waut outside for 30mins for a representative to come out like the sign says and no one does. We get fed up and go inside and find the general manager COREY sitting on his ass not doing anything with no customers no one inside. Then he takes my keys puts in my name says I don't owe anything and to have a good day. Only to get a bill from them two weeks later!!! Oh with $30 dollar fee for every 7 days not paid from return. We've always used uhaul and never had any problems till this store. The general manager is LAZY! SITS ON HIS ASS NOT DOING ANYTHING AND SENDS ME A BILL 2 WEEKS LATER! Talked to the presedent JASON and I guess that's how they do things because he doesn't care I guess he just hires lazy people to manage their stores and watch out for what they say because they'll tell you that you don't owe anything then send you a bill two weeks later with two additional $30 fees for not paying it whitin 7 days of returning. DONT GO TO THIS UHUAL STORESTOR OTHER UHUAL WILL BE BETTER AND NOT TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP!!!!

The after-hours return process didn't match the printed instructions, and it requires a web-enabled smart phone. But once I figured out I could login w/ my contract number it actually went very smoothly. I was perplexed at first, arriving for my required 7:30 AM return to find the store closed, but it worked out. Otherwise, everything went great.
