There was no key lockbox at this location. When picking up the truck, the app said the key would be in a lockbox at the rear of the vehicle and provided the code. There was no key to be found. All of a sudden a guy walked out and started questioning me why I was at the location, but also acting like he could not speak English and only Spanish. I pulled out Google Translate to tell him I'm renting the uhaul and showed him my receipt. I asked him if he knew where the key was in English and in Spanish, but he acted like he did not understand. He then start calling people and for 15 mins I'm there using English, Spanish, and sign language trying to simply tell him that I needed the key. He all of a sudden walks to the back and magically has the key, and starts talking in English. So the conclusion is he did not trust or believe me that I was renting the uhaul (I wonder why). This was supposed to be a contactless pickup. If the location does not have a lockbox that needs to be clear. And if someone is babysitting the key they need to be competent and not judgmental. Then there is the return of the vehicle. I get back to return the equipment, and there is no key lockbox at the location to return , nor is there anyone around to receive the key. I chat with support and they can't contact anyone either. So I'm standing there with the uhaul and no where to leave the key. Poor and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

It was a little small so parking the trailer wasn’t obvious, but the staff was really friendly and helpful and the return ended up being very easy. I would go back and use this place again.
Lori WWe called this location to confirm pick and let them know we were on our way. When we arrived the office was locked and no one was answering the phone. Thirty minutes later they arrived stating they needed to pick up their lunch. Why would they leave knowing we were on our way? They had trouble finding the truck key and We never received copies of our paperwork.
Paula MDon’t expect the location to be open on time. I was supposed to pick up the uhaul at 9am, but the location didn’t open until about 9:20am. I selected the 24/7 mobile option when making my reservation, but day of it said I had to go inside the location and speak to someone. It was very frustrating. And then after everything, the truck had no gas. So I had to waste more rental time to go get gas. Why are uhaul trucks allowed to be returned with no gas? It makes no sense to me.
Jocelyn SI assumed the person in the office would go out to the truck with me to confirm it was clean and the gas was at the line as I got it. I took pictures instead of the milage and gas level.
