It is imperative that I get a call when my uhaul rental has been relocated to another location. It should be a policy that uhaul call customers the same day or within 24 hours of a change in the rental Contract.

I'm not one to usually complain but this is the second incident with the same employee where there have been a multitude of issues from beginning to end. I believe quality training would increase customer satisfaction and overall ratings... The overall service that I received really leaves a bad image for U-Hauls standards of quality

Overall very convenient location. The staff was swift. The truck however was not clean at all. Perhaps it was a quick turnaround, but the entire truck had a smoke smell and the outside was very dirty.

The owner/manager of this U-Haul insured I never spend another dime with this particular location. I would rather move by hand! The lack of professionalism and customer service this gentleman displayed during my move is 100% not ok and Not only will not recommend a friend.. when I’m done actually moving I’ll be telling google, Yelp, and anyone else I possibly can just how bad they were.

I was charged an extra $41 more than the amount I received after returning the truck. Owner of the shop was unprofessional

Even though I had previously called to update my reservation time, when I arrived my reservation was cancelled. Using my phone, I created a new reservation and went to pick up a truck. Making it all the way through the verification process, the truck would not turn on. Being after hours, nobody would answer to help us so we left the truck. I was later emailed a receipt for the truck that would not work. I have called uhaul four times, the location twice and emailed uhaul with no answer from anyone. This is completely unacceptable.

I asked them to contact me before charging m card because I believe the odometer wasn’t read correctly. I can give exact addresses of where I went and it wasn’t even close to the 60 miles they’re saying I’m being charged for. I’m still waiting for a call before they charge my card for almost 80 bucks when I know I only drove maybe 45

Truck had cigarette butts all over back ledge when picked up. Cab had ashes throughout and smelled like dirty cigarettes. Otherwise experience of picking up and dropping off went smoothly.

The truck was giving us a ton of issues. Please do a better job maintaining the trucks. They did not open on time, the gentleman that was working saw us waiting but told us to wait as he proceeded to move three trucks. He didn’t greet us, go over the process or anything. After we paid he handed us a key and told us the area where we could locate the truck. Customer Service is key. It’s all about the experience. I won’t come back to this location.

Received no assistance hooking up the trailer. Also, I received no notification that my pick-up location was changed from what I had reserved, so I first went to the place on Shallowford Road, only to learn they didn't have my trailer. They also didn't tell me where to go to get my trailer, they just offered me different trailers....

Scheduled 26’truck weeks in advance. Ramp was missing. Had to go to different location. Tie down Rails in box were broken and inoperable on Drivers side. Tied up two of my men for 1.5 hours off the job we were on deadline to complete. Bad bad bad
