They need more uknoledge about what kind of rental customers needs, cause we spend more than regular time and they had many customers waiting for service, at the end of the day I'm very satisfied what we pay for the rent, I will rent it again when I need it

During night time hour driving the headlights were pointing straight down. I had to use the high beams for regular driving lights. I know these vehicles travel all over the states, but would recommend at least a good safety check before returning it to the fleet.

R/S Wiper was missing. Was charge for fuel when it was brought back in with the same as it went out with as per agreement. Was charged for items I didn't use.

The major issue in my rental experience was the postal annex employees who were not trained on Uhaul policies. I have rented with Uhaul before and this was by far the worst experience. The employee who performed the rental process was clearly not trained or even briefed on Uhaul "how-to". She called her manager who I learned was on vacation to go step by step through the Uhaul rental site. The employee did not understand common rental language which made me further uneasy about how she was entering or confirming my rental. She was not helpful in determining my drop-off location. Instead she stated that I would just have to figure it out on drop-off day. She went further on to say that the store had requested no Uhaul rental pick-ups in the week I showed up since no employee knew how to carry out the rental process. There was a severe lack of professionalism. I was not told to complete a truck inspection nor notify them of any damage I may notice before driving off the lot. Because of my previous rentals with Uhaul, I was fully aware of the crucial step and did an inspection on my own and returned into the store to mark the employee's copy of the damages sheet. The damage I marked wss not verified with the customary clear X stickers used by Uhaul to denote damage. This could have made me liable for damage that I did not cause. Thankfully my drop-off location was understanding and did not charge me for damage that I had clearly marked and dated on my rental papers from pick-up day. Additionally, on pick-up day, after handing me the truck keys; the second employee forgot to verify the gas level as well as remove the promotional sign from the windshield.
