I reserved the van for pick up at 9:15am and they didn't opened until 9:45am and I had to wait 10 minutes in line and when it was my turn they said that the van wasn't ready and that it was going to be ready at 11:00am so they made me waste my time. When I returned the vehicle, with no line at all I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me. My first time renting from U-haul, horrible experience.

I had the truck reserved for a 900am pick up. When I arrived, they had no trucks and I had to wait for someone to return a truck. I didn't leave the location until after 10am. When you are trying to move, you don't have an hour to waste standing around at the postal annex.

The U-Haul had cockroaches inside it. I spent a lot of time precariously searching for cockroaches that may have went inside my belongings. This made my moving experience very unpleasant, delayed, and expensive. I have doubts about using U-Haul in the future.

I set up my pick up at 9am. I was there at 9am and the clerk was not there yet with a line of people besides me waiting to open the business. I finally check in and the clerk tells me that the Truck is not ready cuz she is the only one there and that it would not be ready until 10:30 am, so I lost 1.5 hours behind schedule which forced me to move late, for a very long exhausting day especially just my luck of it being a hard move of myself a single mom and my elderly mother. All the times I have reserved UHaul I had never had an experience like this of course when I have a move to move all by myself and my mother without help it was the move where I started late and ended late. I will consider another rental to avoid this kind of experience. Very disappointing.

Provide customers with copy of "sketch" of the vehicle that shows any existing damage on the vehicle, the lady that attended me said "that information is on the system" but I did not get anything on paper, that made me feel unconfortable, is this the only one location that does'nt provide customers with a copy?.

When I left truck It had more gas then what they are saying that I left it with. Also they are over-charging $41.50 for 1/8 of tank? That is ridiculous!

The customers service was excellant, the girl that helped me (forgot her name) was very considerate & provided great customer sevice, so much so that I will be back and will refer friends to this uhaul. On a personal note the truck did run a little rough whci I also contribute the the bad mileage. Overall great experience though...

You had a employee that only talk to me in spanish, when I was talking to her in Engish. I think you should have people that are bilingual & not force people to speak a language that they do not know!

The truck itself is in bad condition and the rental fee is 19.99 but I ended up paying over 100 dollars for only 40 milles. Rental fee, coverage fee, fuel fee and miles fee. :( not satisfied.

The truck drove like crap.. like bogging out.. and I complained and the lady was like.. 'sorry but I cannot edit the prices' which is bull crap for giving me a ride that used more gas... because it would go in and out..

Requested a VAN, and I was told that I would be provided a "10' van." Upon pickup, I got a 10' TRUCK. I had to take it because the rep said you don't have actual VANS, only TRUCKS. I thought I was getting a VAN, not a TRUCK. When I got to my drop off point, I found that you do actually have VANS; the exact ones I thought I had asked for. So your rep at my pick up location described to me the wrong vehicle over the phone and then lied about the vehicles you provide. As it turns out, your VANS are cheaper than the TRUCKS, so I ended up paying more for nothing! Thanks. Hope you enjoy my money!

deliver trucks with full gas tanks because it's so difficult to return the truck with the same level of gas when it wasn't full, and the penalty is high..thks
