Customer service was abysmal. There was no one to greet me outside when I returned the truck. Stood in line 20 minutes and then was told to leave the key in the truck. I put gas in the truck but was still charged for fuel. Others in line behind me were more upset than I was becasue of the slow ansd poor customer service.

Check in and check out process were a total hassle. First I did the self check out which was a real pain... Then when I returned the truth, the return process with the staff took three people 20 minutes to figure out. Really.... you've been in business a very long time, one would hope you made this whole experience easier for your clients... Penske certainly does...

The place was a mess when I arrived. It took me a while to find my truck, which was blocked by 2 others. The truck was scratched and dented everywhere, but i couldn't even do a walk through because there were other trucks blocking it.

We waited 25 min in line, then after renting a pickup, the charge was over $80- the owner of that particular franchise, didn't even explain that there was a refundable deposit, so after inquiring why my $19.99 vehicle was now $80, he acted annoyed and didn't want to take the time to break down the charges. They were rude, curt, and made us park on a Dar side street as they had no more customer parking by 9:15 in the morning. Definitely not a good first U-haul experience at all.

Customer service was decent, but it would be suggested that the true amount of gas be confirmed before setting as default on the paperwork. We went to let U-Haul personnel know that the tank was not 3/4 full, but the personnel did not update the soft copy, just manually marked it. Thus, the changes were not captured on final receipt. Friendly service and easy booking.

Our truck rental experience was good. However, we had a terrible experience with your partner, Movinghelp.com. We confirmed moving help through the Uhaul site and the movers next showed up. We were texting with them the day of our move and after they let us know they would be 1.5 hours late, we waited and they wouldn't respond to our calls or texts and never showed up! It was one of the worst moving experiences we've ever had and left us in a terrible bind. Not to mention I am 8 months pregnant and unable to help my husband during the move at all. We relied 100% on this moving company, which never showed.

1. First time I called to make a reservation, I was put on hold by customer service for over 5 minutes to verify pricing. 2. After having provided my cellphone number as a contact info, a second number was asked. I asked if it was optional and was told "no second phone number, no truck." No explanation was provided and said it was a policy. 3. Customer Service was neither friendly nor courteous.
