Nightmare dealing with the 1 800 Uhaul folks. Long wait times to speak with a live person. Lots of confusion with pricing, quotes, etc. one lady was unable to confirm whether I absolutely had to have my Ford Explorer inspected in advance. I later learned that it was only recommended. They called to tell me that my trailer I reserved was not actually available when other customer returned it late. Overall very POOR experience dealing with Uhaul. Will not use ever again.

The van was a bit dirty, but not a big deal. Washing the vehicles more often wouldn't hurt. It's better Branding to see a shiny clean vehicle with your name on it!

This is mostly about the overall U-Haul company and policies - the local workers have to deal with bad corporate reservation systems. Reserved a truck and an appliance dolly a week in advance. Truck was ready at pick-up time. No appliance dolly in shop. The rental was for moving an appliance, so needed both. How was a reservation made in your system if there was not going to be the equipment on the promised date? Why wan't I notified prior to my arrival that the equipment was not available? Employee told me to come in the next morning (17 hrs later) to pick up the dolly. Next morning, I waited in a very long line only to hear that there still were no appliance dollies in the store, although customers in front of me in line were offered (but did not accept) appliance dollies for their rental that morning! After asking twice, an employee found that there in fact was a dolly in the store. Reserved equipment has to be prioritized over walk-in customers, or else there is no reason to reserve anything in advance. Once equipment is reserved, the system needs to ensure that the equipment is available for that customer, even if that means refusing to rent out equipment in the days leading up to the reservation . A $300 rental was almost voided because you didn't have the $10 dolly. This was my second rental from this location this week.

Phone reservation could not be found at location’s computer by name of phone number. This happened once before with another location (Santa Barbara). Great service!

Check-in was horrible, especially when you have a reservation. I arrived at 7:45 for an 8:00 reservation and didn't leave until 8:30. Then, the line behind me had grown to over 6 customers. They have to figure this out.

Robert was amazing. Fast, smart , sharp and helpful. 20 years dealing with U haul at this location and this guy was the best ever by a mile. Some were lousy like the guy who just left a few weeks ago ( not the manager who moved to Washington) and some were okay but Robert is one of the best. I had 140 employees in my former business and I wish I had a Robert or two.

Facility is good. Disappointed I was incorrectly charged for gas and when a disputed the charge with clear evidence on multiple occasions I never heard a response.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing about Contract number 22852547. I've received the van with less fuel than on the contract and warned the gentleman in charge, he didn't care. I took a picture of both fuel and mileage. When I returned the van in 2 hours, (much earlier than I reserved it for, by the way) I noticed that my invoice shows 52.7 miles even though I drove only 12 miles (and put 2.6 gallons $10 which is probably twice the amount I've used). I told the gentleman who handle the returns about the miles and the fuel and he told me he'll fix it and email me a new invoice. I returned home and the new invoice is showing a second dolly I never rented, furniture pad that I never used and a complicated way to take the wrong mileage charge back by adding some reimbursement/goodwill line to the total. to sum up: my bill should have been 1.19x12= 14.28 for miles 1x29.95= 29.95 for rental 1x29.00= 29.00 for insurance 1x 7.00= 07.00 for Utility dolly 1x1.00 = 01.00 for environment fee 1x10.15= 10.15 for rental tax TOTAL= 91.38usd I'd like my invoice corrected and the difference charged back to my card. all the best Nuri Alper Boler
