Operator of this uhaul was friendly and helpful! Thanks!

Was not happy about not being able to use the bathroom; I endured a 2 hour drive filed with 2 big cups of coffee. However, I understand the policy due to transient foot traffic in the area. Customer service was excellent, otherwise.

This location was closed when I returned my truck. They had a sign instructing you to drop the keys in a slot after locking your truck. I parked it on the curb outside but noticed that there was a No Parking sign from 2am-6am. I called uhaul to see if it was ok to park the truck there since there was already another truck parked on the curb. Uhaul said it was ok, but I still felt like it would come back to me if anything happened. So I parked in this dirt section next to the gate to their location hoping that it would be ok. Overall kind of confusing.

Very dirty environment. Not easy to find off a very busy street

This location is on a little bit more of a busier street than our pick up location . It helped to spot it that there were UHaul vehicles parked nearby . Once inside , there were 2 gentlemen who took great care of us . They were friendly and efficient in getting our truck inspected and checked in. We were able to do this process quickly and we so appreciated that after a long day of driving and moving .

I have called and called, told you'd get back to me. Never again UHaul. Contract No. 05681915, 3/28/17, UHaul of Torrance, electronic down payment of $157.77 for a 20-ft van and refrigerator dolly for a 4/9 move. April 8th I get a call from Torrance UHaul saying they DID NOT HAVE THE TRUCK AT THAT LOCATION, just blocks from my house, that I'd have to go to San Pedro to get one. Saturday the 8th I was sent to Cycle Service on North Gaffey in San Pedro. I rented a 12-ft UHaul truck and a dolly from them and made my move (contract No. 83172346). As hard as I've tried -- and believe me I've tried -- to get ahold of a responsible party at UHaul Customer Service, I get passed around to five different Customer Service phone numbers, put on hold forever, then disconnected. Refund my deposit, dammit. This message is being recorded? Sure. Why? Things couldn't be worse @ UHaul, could they?
