My first reservation was self check out. The truck the assigned me was blocked in by two cars. After 2 bjj ours on phone with customer service, we were told to cancel and make new reservation for next day during business hours.

Elvira is amazing... But she could probably use some help early in the AM when customer loads are heavy. However, Elvira is fantastic and she really takes customer service to a whole new level.
Love this location. Although Pico is great also. I use both locations and service is ALWAYS top notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful making sure everything is safe and operational. Can’t say enough good things.

When dropping off after-hours, it was very crowded with trucks. The set up for that was less than ideal, especially when returning a 26' foot truck and trying to find space for it.

Elvira (i think was her name) was fantastic! When I arrived in the morning she was super busy but handled multiple customers at one time and connected my trailer and got me both in and out super fast today! She was awesome - take good care of her she is a keeper!

Why o why do you pollute the enterior of your vehicles with that god awful air freshener. It gave me a massive headache, not to mention that stuff has been proven to be carcinogenic. Stop it, Also, we called ahead and provided a credit card which we were told was to secure a cargo van. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, we were told the cargo van we had reserved was not available and that our only option was to take a truck at higher significantly higher cost, $.20/mile more. We feel we should be charge at the cargo van rate instead since that's what we initially contracted for.

First of all you could send emails to the right person. I didn't rent a uhaul. They gave you the wrong email address.

If someone puts they need an appliance dolly in their order you should make sure one is available when the customer gets there or let them know in advance that they are out instead of telling the customer to now take the rental truck and go to another Uhaul to get one. When the customer is trying to meet timelines of meeting movers and returning equipment back on time things like that make it hard.

My boss booked a trailer using her business card. We completed the check-in online where we could save time. She gave me the business card and pin number which I presented on arrival. Was then told that the person who was picking up had to match the name on card. So I guess uhaul expects the CEO to leave what's she's doing to come pick up a $25 rental trailer. I drove back to uhaul again and used my own card but was thinking how stupid this all was. My signature assumes the liability. The company wanted to pay for it, not me, which is why the business card was used on the booking. And uhaul would have accepted that same card to charge should nobody have honoured that booking all without a signature. Let me explain it a different way- If I work for Microsoft and Bill Gates says to me go get a trailer and use the business card then apparently bill has to stop what he's doing and go down with his employee to get the trailer with him. If it's about fraud or theft then you have 5 levels of protection anyway. 1) pin number on the card. 2) licence plate of vehicle 3) licence of driver 4) security footage of person who picked up item. 5) card on file when booking was made. I am also in the system as a regular, reliable and responsible renter with a great record with uhaul. To top it all off, when I dropped off the trailer, I waited at the big sign that says "STOP please wait here with your equipment and someone will come to you" for over 10 mins. Finally, I walked inside and the person who was standing at the desk then decided to come out. I think it's time I tried another company. What a shame.
