I wish that I had gotten the name of the young man. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to juggle multiple customers in a competent and inoffensive way that made us all feel valued. He answered all of my questions and found every promotion that he could to keep my costs reasonable.

This was a terrible experience for 2 reasons: 1- I was given a return time of 3 pm, however, when I returned early, at 2 pm, the business was closed and there was no after-hours drop off location. The only reason I was able to return the vehicle, at all, was that someone else happened to be dropping off a vehicle and the back gate was open. My return was further complicated by the fact that the business has no (zero) signage indicating a drop off location for the key. 2 - I tried to use the self-drop off service, got all the way to the step of verifying the location with a photo, only to have the app completely restart at the beginning of the process. By that time, I was unable to start again because the gate had been locked and I no longer had access to the vehicle.

Nothing to improve! Roy was great and very accommodating. He put my anxiousness at ease, and made my moms day by being so sweet. Ended up getting service done for my own car as well! Will definitely come back!

Was wronglyfully charged on insurance. When I placed a reservations online I declined insurance this location charged me for insurance at 14 per quote upon pickup and then charged me double upon return of truck. There system was down so I never signed paperwork. Not only was i deceived once but twice. Can someone please contact me.

I have used this location many times and I intend to use it again. The van they gave me was clean and the process of renting it was easy. They were pretty slammed when I arrived so I didn’t get much of a chance to look things over (the location is rather small, when they pull out the vehicle it blocks a fair amount of their driveway). Sometimes it can be difficult pulling in/out of the location. The pads I got were very dirty- so much so that I had to clean dirt and debris off of the furniture they were placed under. My understanding is they get the pads already bagged so it’s not necessarily the location’s fault. I would just recommend people check them before they get on their way.

Location wasn't notified that the appointment was set. Uhaul also scheduled the appointment when the business hours was closed. Uhaul also charged me incorrectly once changing the appointment. When I didn't agree to the charges no one called me and they still charged my account. Very displeased with Uhaul services but Luna location was great.

Tell this location to have someone on staff to properly help customers. They made an attempt to charge me for an extra day oh, and I have to contact customer service, instead of anyone at that location helping me to resolve the issue. Also, someone on their staff, or the next renter stole my handicap placard. When I contacted the location, no one would help me!

I chose location due to proximity to where we live but I will come back here for the neighborly feel of dealing with Roy Luna. He has been very respectful and patient with me even when I first didn’t know how to use the U-haul app. The store is quite busy but Roy didn’t make me rush. I also like that I am supporting a local business.

The rental pick-up process took up basically an hour because the person at the desk didn't receive my driver's license photos even though I sent them 4 times all with successful prompts saying they were submitted. Not sure if this was a technical issue but nonetheless it wasted an unnecessary amount of time. Person at the desk was also rather unhelpful and didn't seem to try to fix what he could on his end and stated there was nothing he could do and that without the photos I couldn't take the truck. This was eventually resolved when I simply just called another Uhaul to check for available trucks on that very day and explained the situation, they themselves over the phone were able to just verify my identity and approved the application shortly after. I'm not sure how the pickup location that expected me and had all my information on the computer couldn't approve my application for a about 40-50 minutes yet someone over the phone was able to do it within 5 minutes. The truck itself also seemed to have a defective AC as it wouldn't blow cold air even though it was on and made noise, I had to turn it off and on a few times for it to work eventually. It's a shame this was my first Uhaul experience as after this I doubt I'll be considering it next time.
