The online experience is somewhat frustrating - we could not get the dimensions for the 7 foot van (it kept sending us to a 9 foot van). Also, the label is not on the front left of the van, but actually the back (the van's number). Finally, we had to call to get let into the car, but that was fine and your service person was really quick and helpful.

The U-Haul app is extremely difficult to use. Ran into numerous problems. Customer support was never reachable, I would be on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Would never recommend the U-Haul 24 hr share service to anyone.

Make sure the rep activates the truck's starter. I lost 2 hours of my reservation because I couldn't get a hold of anybody helpful over the phone until I tried live chat again. Ask for the scheduling manager's number if you are having trouble with the reservation.

This rental was a disaster from beginning to end. I wanted to try this service vs. my go-to Zipvan. What a mistake. It took nearly an hour to unlock the van, talking to three customer service reps and dealing with your systems being down. Once somebody gave me an unlock code (I couldn't get one through the app), the neglected to tell me not to lock the key box, so I couldn't return the key. Then the actual key lock box came loose off the mounting pole. Horrible, buggy system. You need to up your game quickly (hardware,software, customer service) or end-of-life it as soon as possible.

The vehicle was far smaller than I anticipated. Please make it explicitly clear that this vehicle is much smaller than the traditional cargo vans available from UHaul. The process to access and the return the vehicle were cumbersome and frustrating. The chat customer service section of the app had very poor functionality, and did not allow you to switch between chat and your reservation information.
