Tim the owner or manager was highly rude to me by calling me sir when it's clear I am a woman, he was rude to his general manager in training , spoke very rudely to him while customers were waiting in line. His overall energy was rude, lacked customer service skills, was blunt and even agreed to authorize a company credit use when the owner of that credit card was not present, only 2 guys whi say they wotked for this COMPANY was present, he told them 2 times he couldn't authorize tranaction since it's on a company card, explained he needed a letter from their owner , after telling them no he changes his mind and say out loud , I'm going against all rules , i will go ahead & do this transaction & rent you this truck. So Tim allowed for a tranaction to be authorized without the real card holder being present. These 2 young kids who walked in to rent a truck who used their bosses credit card to get a rental was allowed to do so by Tim. I'm going to cooperate with this complaint. Totally wrong & unprofessional. With the world going crazy, peoole running over people with rental trucks, and TIM allows this transaction is mind blowing. Tim should be termed or written up for many issues. Tim is not a giid oersin to be at uhaul. I was told by manager in training he will not be here much longer. Well that's great but I think I'll be telling my friends who recommended me to use this uhaul, not to ever go here again especially knowing they break major rules. Not a good setting at all. Tim should be termed , something needs to be done. To add , my truck I rented was flithey, had old receipts & a bloody towel in drivers door, which I did leave , no way I was going to touch blood of someone else. Overall it was bad.

The process was disorganized. I signed up online - then there were several phone calls to confirm my order. Price at the end of the on line sign in was different than the initial advertised price, which was confusing. I returned after hours on Sunday, using the website to check out - this was a cumbersome process - although i am thankful there is a drop off process for after hours. The process could be made much easier with clearer instructions - not intuitive. I was charged for an extra day on my receipt - which meant yet another conversation with the store to get this corrected. The initial person I spoke with did not have the authority to clear the charge, so another phone call was made by the store mgr. Many many (what I would deem as unnecessary) phone calls. I also got a UBox which also resulted in several phone calls confirming box rental and another for pick up. Price of $99 for drop off of box was not advertised on site - I had to ask about this to have someone tell me there was a charge and what it would be. On a positive note, the store, van, and box were very clean...which I greatly appreciated. The employees were very nice and patient. My complaints have to do with the system that is in place, not the employees of the store.

Make sure the tow dolly is in working order before you leave. A tail light was out on mine and the ratchets were so tight that the spool of strapping couldn't be released without roadside assistance.

Desire who works at the counter seems to hate her job....she was also really good at treating customers with a pretty condescending tone. She also blames her coworkers for her mistakes complained about how they do their jobs. Which out of everyone I interacted with she was the most rude and incompetent. Not sure why she works here? She doesn’t seem to want to be there so I’m not sure why she doesn’t quit and find a new job. I had to deal with her when I went to pick up the trailer she was pretty rude during that interaction. Making a few off hand comments when a simple yes or no would have been sufficiently appropriate. Up on my return Paul helped me drop off the trailer. I brought the issue of not recovering the dolly I had rented to up to him and asked if he could help. He was doing his best but was having trouble with the Mobil unit he was using. he asked for desire to assistance via walkie talkie she seemed to refuse. I had to go address the matter with her because she seemed to be unwilling to assist. She also seemed annoyed that she had to help and said “ oh he was being an impatient!” When I showed up in the office. Which is false. I was sitting down there with him as well and he was cool about it even though he seemed to be the only one working with about 2-3 people waiting for his help.
