It was after hours and I was supposed to have been able to do"self check out" but the app was having issues. Luckily the manager Christian was still there after hours and was kind enough to help me out on the Sat pm before Easter Sunday. He deserves special recognition for his willingness with a smile to get me into the uhaul truck. If not for him, I would not have been able to complete my timely move as planned.

About U-haul not this location: The doors on the truck would hardly shut. They needed to be slammed and still wouldn’t completely shut. Also- we got charged for a tow dolly we cancelled and I’ve called several times to get a refund and still have not heard back.

Due to the fact that they told me they were going to put a hold on my credit card for $65 that was it he didn’t explain that was $65 a day and it was charged to my credit card so that is why gave you the below average star

When I pay for a uhaul ahead of time, that I actually have a uhaul reserved. Instead I was told they would confirm the day before my move day which was very stressful.

Firstly I had to wait 30 mins for the guys to check out the van, they began helping other customers when they were in the process of checking the van out to me. They had no idea how to put my credit card in the system for the Add on insurance. Then they told me they, they Have no place for me to park. So I had to park 3 blocks away. Then, I got the van and the gas tank was at 7/8 which I ended up filling up because I have no idea how big the tank is. The worst part of it was the van was filled with the last customers old coffee cups from McDonald’s (which he used to hold chewing Tabacco spit). And the back of the van was wet with what I can only say way a brownish water that got all over my mattress. This was by far the worst experience I have had with uhaul. I’m sorly disappoint in the customer serivce, and the condition of the van.

Contract stated the gas was full. It wasn't. Had to put over $20 into the truck but I only drove 18 miles.

The pick up process took over 30 minutes due to their slow computers and asking for 2 different credit cards multiple times. I was finally referred to someone higher up and he finally changed computers. Upon pickup, we were billed erroneously for an extra day even though we paid for a week and returned it a day early, and I was billed for coverage each day when I was quoted the coverage was for the entire time because at first I declined and he started reading me a long speech, then I asked how much, and specifically asked if that was daily or the entire time. I was quoted by the manager or someone higher up that it was the entire time, so I then agreed to it.
