Shaun is such a hard worker and is running the place amazingly! The way he politely excuses himself to answer the phone only to politely ask them if he can call them right back (I have witnessed and experienced this a few times now), is hospitality at its finest! I called the Uhaul main line a couple weeks ago and apologized for not knowing which button was my best option and the man sad 'Uh, ya, you're not calling the right department.' and then I said 'I hope you have a great day' and then the guy hung up on me. Someone from your 1-800 number. It was pretty rude. But I love Shaun and will utilize his services and Uhaul's in the future. Not sure the last time he got a pay raise but he definitely deserves one compared to other Uhaul locations I've frequented across the western United States. Thank you in advance for taking my concerns and praise into consideration.

This location is in transition. There is only a small lot with a trailer. The rest of the site is under construction. Person on staff was very helpful and checked in equipment quickly. But not sure it this site is closing down.

Location is great. But not having the truck I wanted (17ft) required 2 trips instead of 1 which was irritating. Also, there was a fairly slow response since there was 1 person. Overall, the confusion of getting calls from multiple locations (being told it was only a mile from my original choice but was actually 3 which adding 6 miles onto my trip in rush hour traffic since I was only going 1 mile would have been terrible) was incredibly irritating. I might actually try a different company next time due to this.

Very disappointing experience. The guy at the desk - Sean? - dark hair, mid-fifties - had me re-do the rental agreement when I brought it back after inspecting the vehicle. I circled all the areas with body damage, scratches, dirt, etc. He tore it up and said he already knew about those because they were marked with an 'X'. Fair enough. But the vehicle was dirty - hundreds of dead bugs on the front exterior, dirt that had dried and been caked on one wheel, that type of thing. He said he was only concerned with body damage. Even I thought it was a one day rental, he asked me to return it by 4:30p that day. We rushed and got it back by 4p. When I arrived, I asked for a broom to sweep out the back as we had some packing material and paper debris. He gave me a broom and I swept. Upon seeing the vehicle (which was in the exact same condition as when I first left the lot), he told me he was going to charge me $25 to clean the dirt on the door. I did not cause this dirt. It was present from the beginning. I offered to clean it and he said it was too late. I told him I wanted to take the vehicle out and clean it to avoid the cleaning fee, and he told me that I had already turned in the vehicle and that I couldn't take it off the lot again. This is not fair. I paid for a day rental, returned it early at his request even though I could have returned the next morning, and he wouldn't let me clean it or take it out to be cleaned. This felt like a scam to get an extra $25 from me. He was dismissive, rude, impatient, and uninterested in being fair. I will not return to this location. I don't know if this is his policy or yours. If it's your's and you approve of this type of customer treatment, than I won't renting from U-Haul again in the future. I would appreciate a refund of the $25 that I was forced to pay.

The uhual reservation was from 10-4 he required me to return at 1pm even though it says he closed at 5. I call uhual they advise me to park the car on the street and drop off the keys. I would avoid this location, very unprofessional
