I got charged a extra 200 dollars and I was told two different things from two of the workers different days and because I wasn't told the right information I'm getting charged very disappointed

The drop off was easy but the office was closed and the app would not let me up load the picture that I had drop it off a day before scheduled I was finally able to use the app at 2:00 am🤣🤣it was easy to drop it off
