Make.sure the inside cab is clean and the back of truck i side. It was very dirty with hair in the cab and some kind of food near the cupholder

I had ordered a dolly but when I picked up the truck there was no dolly, so I had to spend time waiting in the phone to let someone know that I did not leave the location with a dolly. Also, there was no drop box for they keys even though the directions said leave them in the drop box. I left them in the cargo area of the truck since that is where I originally got them. I was worried so I tried to call the uhaul # to verify but after 20 minutes I hung up because no one answered. I feel like all of this wasted time. Other than that, the truck was great. It was very clean and ran well, and the pick up location and process was very easy.
From on line reservation to pick up and return worked great
My rental included an appliance dolly but when I went to pick up the truck, there was no dolly. This location does not have appliance dollies at all. I had to drive 30 minutes to a Home Depot to rent a dolly. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
If the lady wants me to stay six feet away from her then she needs to move back from her computer so I can get to the signing screen to read and sign.
There was a bag of beef jerky from the previous renter on the dashboard. Other than that the van was clean. The location is great, but the parking is not the greatest.
There was trash in the truck and it had something sticky Spilt all over floor. It also had less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas, which is inconvenient. In addition, the woman who works at the place where I picked up truck is rude and took forever to figure out how to rent me the truck!

Was notified the morning of my pick-up that the pick-up location did not have a furniture dolly which I had requested with my original reservation. Had to go to another location to pick-up the dolly!!
They owe me a refund for mileage not used. Haven't received my refund yet, 2 weeks later.
The pickup process took over 40 minutes even though I did the Express pickup option. And there was no key dropoff so I had to call and wait on hold when I dropped the truck off to find out what to do with the keys.
Everyone at U-Haul both on phone and in person were awesome. They were efficient and professional
There was dog hair all over the cab and smudges all over the windows.
Took forever and agent was unfamiliar with policies about return and overall use of system.
Used the app for p/u. 3 trucks parked within 5 inches of each other and completely parked with front ends into a row of high bushes-my truck was the one in the middle. I had to call my nephew to come climb over the cab of one of the trucks just to get into the middle truck to back it up....I took pictures ridiculous... also needed to document body damage before being told where keys were??? I couldn't see the body of the truck... on return it says to put keys in drop box... no drop box available and they were closed an employee who was exiting the back door told me to leave them under the seat so I did. The note on the building said to keep keys until next business day well they were closed the next day and I would not be in town the following so under the seat they went... horrible experience

Just keep things the way they are. This location has friendly service and gives reassurance when one is nervous about a long cross country move.

I had spoken with custom service and was told the truck I chose would have a ramp...it did not. I also paid for the $10 dolly and it wasn't in my truck. My fault for not initially checking, but I assumed positive intent. When I returned the uhaul, I brought it up the person working and said I didn't fill the tank and only used a little bit, so she was going to just waive the gas fee and use the $10 dolly charge to go towards it. Got my receipt and was charged $25 MORE.
I meticulously filled out all the requested info online, including DL info and then when I got to the location (with a great amount of trouble to find it) I had to take the time to provide all the same DL info along with opting out of ins. coverage. PITIFUL!!! A waste of my time!!!
Clerk that rented u-Haul was not knowledgeable with services they provided. She charged me for a dolly using their stores POS and the U-Haul app charged me again. Also, clerked explained they closed on Sunday and per her instructions I brought U-haul 2hrs after contract. I was charged for extra day. Clerk also failed to explain key return process. I had to make an additional trip on Monday to return keys.
The lady at the location didn't know anything about our reservation and who I was upon returning the vehicle.
Fuel surcharge is ridiculous, be more reasonable!!!
Took almost an HOUR to get my truck I before-hand rented online. The entire process was a hassle. I returned the truck well before the 6:30pm deadline. It was 2:09, but the office closed at 2:00. I called the main SA number, was told to use the app to check the vehicle back in. The last step was to put the keys in a drop box. This location has NO dropbox. So i was told to put the keys under the front driver seat and leave the passenger side door open. I hope no one vandalizes the vehicle before Monday. I would strongly recommend you NOT rent from this location . Rent from a real (complete Uhaul) location.
