I did my entire reservation online, including the vehicle inspection where I got to submit pictures of previous scrapes and marks on the vehicle. This was great! The friendly, young lady at the counter completed my transaction and gave me the keys to the van. Upon return, she inspected the van, let me know the final total and let me know the receipt was emailed to me. She even offered a printed receipt which I believe was because of some previous negative reviews, so I said yes to the printed receipt. Great service without any issues on a Saturday afternoon!

Lady that rented my truck to me was rude and didn’t listen to me when I asked for a copy of contract she told me that I didn’t need it because she emailed a copy to me. I explained that I didn’t use e-mail that much and I lived in the country and my internet didn’t work that well. I had to ask 3 times and finally reluctantly she gave me my copy of contract. When another customer was there she wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence didn’t say I will be right with you. Just ignored my presence until customer walked out the door. Very slow and not friendly at all. Definitely will never be back !!!!!!!!!!

This location that we rented from the lady was all over the place kind of rude first walked in the was vacuuming and when she saw us walk in she stop cause she was don’t answer she said yes and I told her we were wanting to rent and she turned and started wrapping up the cord for the vacuum and expected us to keep talking to her about a reservation and was just unprofessional then she was doing a lot at once they when it got down to paying she didn’t know what to do about a 100 fee it made us feel uncomfortable that she didn’t know what she was doing and we trusting her with all of our information and our money . I wanted to leave but we honestly need to pick up our couch and take it to a storage to leave back out of town and she didn’t explain the return process good so we were confused when we returned it had to call a number on the website

Because the truck size I reserved, my reservation was moved to this location where the trucks are parked behind a very small strip mall in tight spaces. The furniture dollies I reserved through uhaul were also unavailable at this location. I needed to move a piano and needed two. I was told I could rent two dollies from the store for a $50 deposit for each dolly. Being on a time crunch I did. When I presented my license to the employee, she told me that are unable to process out-of-state drivers licenses at this location (nowhere mentioned in my changed reservation). I then presented my military ID and voila, the system was able to process my license! After I finished checking out I had to drive to the back to get the truck I reserved with no instructions given to where to park or even which truck. . The clerk left the $100 dollies outside of their back door with no supervision. Anyone could have taken the dollies in the time it took me to get my parking situation settled. Finally got on my way and to the piano and wouldn’t you know, the dollies were different heights and sizes making an already difficult move even more difficult. Never again at this location.

The attendant wrote the wrong account on our ticket. After speaking with uhaul customer service for 20 minutes we went to the store front to finally settle up. Only to have the worst service experience of my life. Theres a very mean short lady that felt the need to lecture us after an already poor experience. I seriously suggest going anywhere else

The female sales representative's should be customer oriented, friendlier, and greet customer's with a friendly face when they enter and say thank you when the transaction is over. Not a friendly atmosphere.

The young lady who answer the phone was in training information was incorrect My gas gauge was fill to the exact spot I even sent pics to the supervisor but she said they are different I got charged $7 for fuel surcharge Uhaul should know that this site doesn’t train their staff correctly

We arrived at 8:30 to pick up our truck. It had not been returned and there was not another truck available. We waited for the customer to return the truck. They called him and then he came about 45 minutes later. I had already done our contract on the phone but they had to redo it on the Computer. It kept putting in wrong information and saying we wanted to rent the truck for 25 days. The office manager finally had to call someone at headquarters to get them to work through the contract on the computer. The truck was all dusty on the dashboard and had sand and leaves on the floor. The truck bed itself was clean. The ladies working there were very nice but all in all we did not leave the U-Haul place until almost 2 hours later.

Waited in line for 1 hour as my appointment was at 9am. Drove out of there at 10:20am. I was told I wouldn't get charged $7 for dolly rental for inconvenience of wait. When I got my bill via email, it was charged to my credit card.

It was a mess. The husband and wife were arguing and they overcharged my by $88! I had done the express pick up option and when I arrived, I was the only one in the store. I was there 40 minutes and was told I could drop off the truck close to my house. Upon speaking to a person at The uhaul office, they said, “we love frank but he gives out wrong information. “ So I had to return it to a farther location and was overcharged $88. I won’t be going back to Goin’ Postal, even to Mail a letter. They were a mess.

Learn how to work your POS system. I was charged for equipment i didnt rent and the equipment i reserved they didnt have. I will never rent from this place again. Moving was the easy part of my day compared to dealing with going postal.

Wasted 15 minutes since the employee didn’t understand online check in. Wanted to get my license and print contract. Wouldn’t give me the keys.

I rented a 15' truck on line and received a commitment on the reservation. When I arrived at the shop the owner told me that the local area manager (San Antonio) had implemented a policy to not rent trucks to people with out of state drivers licenses (Virginia license). I had to find a friend to come and rent the truck for me which delayed me by almost an hour and was inconvenient and unnecessary. If local policy dictates are implemented your system should be able to alert the renter in advance. I input my license information on the application so this should not have been a surprise to anyone. Either let people know in a readable fashion (not buried in the fine print) that there are conditions to renting equipment and build your software to be intelligent enough to identify and alert a person of a condition or requirement so that the situation can be taken care of prior to arriving at the store. This could have been a very negative situation and I was extremely upset that this issue was not brought to my attention earlier so that I could make other arrangements.
