Chris H.I was charged an after hours fee of $20 and was quite upset because never knew of the fee, returned it 2 hours before I was supposed to WITH more gas than what I received it with. I tried calling uhaul 1-800 they returned my call but call was interrupted somehow and representative hung up on me. By using the app made a mess. I won't ever book again this way
