I do not recommend renting from this location. Go to any other U-Haul center before this one. Truck not clean, engine light was on and the key was difficult to retrieve.

the check in process was not ideal - the app wasn't working so the employee had to help and he wasn't prepared to help so it took some time; location itself is quite unprofessional, but they were friendly and accommodating (just not prepared/expecting me)
Dani DThey had the worst customer service I've ever seen. They also charged me for cleaning the truck and I thoroughly cleaned it out before I returned it to them so I'm not sure why or how they thought that was okay to do. They were rude and unfriendly when I picked it up and dropped it off. I said something about it and the old man started yelling at me to get off his property! I would never rent a truck from them again.

David Mstarted out as a friendly experience upon returning my auto trailer and truck early with no issues. did a walk through with the rep and they even offered to check me out themselves. which i should have never allowed because after what i thought was a smooth drop off turned into a nightmare. i was charged ($230) on my CC for damages that never occurred. I even took pictures of the u-haul to protect myself from any additional charges. i was more concerned about getting charged a cleaning fee because of the initial condition of the truck but in turn got charged for damage. super frustrating to be blamed for something you never did. filed a dispute so hopefully this will be resolved with no further issues.
