I returned truck a day early I was told I would get an Email. I had to go back to Farm Store the next day and questioned guy about truck being checked in I was told he would call his manager and get truck checked in. Finally got confirmation the following day. Service was bad for me on both ends of transaction.

If you can do anything to avoid this location, please do it. I scheduled mobile pickup for 730a and when I arrived, I found two homeless people sleeping under the truck. I don't blame them because everyone needs somewhere to sleep, but I only mention that because some may feel unsafe under those circumstances. Moving on - when I got the lockbox code to get the key, the key wasn't there. I had to speak with a uhaul rep, who then contacted the farm store owner, who then had to drive 15mins to get to the store, who then had to look for the key for 5mins. It was not a quick process and each passing minute made me more frustrated. The truck was not prepared for me - no dolly, no blankets, not clean, no gas. Finally, when I returned the truck after moving, the owner took the key and â€˜checked it in' for me. He must not have completed the paperwork because two days later, the uhaul field manager called me to ask if I returned the truck. Pretty bad experience overall.
The drop off was in a rough neighborhood at a convenience store that's a drive up liquor and cigarettes Store with customers who are blasting music in their cars impatiently waiting. The guy running the store had no time to help me check in and tells me he'll take care of it later. Again, never again!
I had to wait 1/2 hour for the truck I rented. I was there at 9:00am which was my reserved time but I didn't get the truck until 9:30am.
There was food in the truck that belonged to the guy who rented it to us and the truck was not disinfected. The end destination where we were suppose to drop the truck off did not want to accept it and after being treated like a liar I called uhaul and told them that I eas not going to move it anywhere because it was at the destination given. 4 hours after all this bs my son got a text message to another drop-off. Everything was very disorganized and for lack of abetter words "shady and dirty" To say the least, not very happy with it at all. We brought the truck with less miles than allowed and a full tank oppose the quarter tank it had when rented to us. I am disgusted with the whole situation. My son is suppose to pay goodmobey for this no less than poor business transaction on uhauls part and that is a shame because the money was certainly not worth being this migrain causing aggravation worth.

make sure the jerk in charge of this disgusting juvenile facility (with a whiteboard full of cuss words and kids hanging out gossiping about each other while smoking jull pods) doesn't try to double charge people and rip customers off. responsible people have difficult work to do and we do not need to be bothered by the stupid scam attempts of a moron who talks like a 16 year old
Dropped my Uhual off at 2pm on 1/10 and it didn't get checked in until after 11am on 1/11. Had to follow up w customer service after failed attempts to reach this location.
Quit doing business with that Farm Stores. It's making your company look bad.
Hard to find. Parking lot and drive way way too small to park a moving truck.
The employee/owner showed up 1:20 late! And was unprofessional and rude!
This is the second time I have gone to this location and had a problem getting my rental - last time they didn't have it all and this time the keys weren't there and the employee was not very helpful or pleasant about it. I will not rent from here again unless there are some changes. We will be using Enterprise in the future
Stores hours were listed as opening at 8am, my appt. was for 830am but no one showed up until 9am. He couldn't find my reservation and initially told me the truck was out of service. After calling someone he finally figured it out. I had to drive over the curb due to a loaded trash dumpster sitting behind the truck. Last person that rented it left trash and broken glass inside the loading area, cigarette butt in the ashtray.
In store transaction took longer than expected but customer service on the phone and in the store was excellent. Highly recommend to friends and family.
Farm Store was 1.25 hours late opening. The person who finally showed up to open the store could have cared less about getting my paper work complete and getting me going. He interrupted my checkout several times to wait on non U-Haul customers.
This particular location is a drive thru convenient store and there was only one person working, so he couldn't leave the store to walk out to the truck. Therefore I had to go check the gas mileage, check that the dolly was in the truck, etc. Additionally, every time a car pulled through, the employee would stop my process to take care of his customer. About 5 cars pulled through and delayed my pick up. The printer was down so I was not able to get a copy of my receipt and the email copy of the receipt was not able to send, so I had to take a picture on my phone. The furniture pads I had on my order were not available at this location either. The whole process took 50 min to get the truck and there was no one ahead of me waiting to get a truck.
Worst pickup and drop off ever. Will never go to these â€œfarm storesâ€ again. They â€œdidn'tâ€ have a dolly, the mileage was off and so was the gas on our first contract. The guy barely spoke English and asked if we paid? Just horrible. I received two calls asking if we picked up the truck already while I was literally loading and driving the truck, I had to call in after I dropped it off to put on record that I did and they STILL didn't mark it as dropped off, let alone picked up. Absolutely pathetic. We shouldn't of had to pay for our U-Haul due to this experience. Horrible.
I ordered some additional items with the truck when I placed the order online. They did not have any of those items available. I don't think that is an issue with this location but with the website.
Size truck i ordered was not there. Cutomer sevice was crap.
Felt very uncomfortable at this location. People kept walking up asking for money. Took us about 35 minutes to get u-haul checked out.

The truck was nasty had bags with food in them n hadn't been swept out and il never do a paperless rental again so i can see mileage n fuel in writing because that was all wrong too
