The only bad thing is that they charged the estimate to my debit card and it takes forever to get the credit back. But that is UHaul not the location. The gentlemen was very friendly and accommodating.

Using mobile pickup was very convenient. The only issue that I had using this method was when I had to upload pics. I kept getting a notification when I tried uploading the pics that the upload failed due to low memory. Sometimes I had to try to upload the same pic 15-20 times. This became very time consuming. All in all it was a very easy and convenient process.

I recommend that you inform the customer that all one ways are 2 day rentals and insurance is required. The price quote from the website was not the same as I paid.

Nothing to do with the location. Your telephone customer service is terrible. I have waited more than 15 minutes to speak with someone and finally gave up

As a disable Vet you did an excellent job providing the assistance that I presume I would have to do myself. In addition the service person unstrapped the vehicle to enable my daughter to get it off and doing the necessary including the parking of the trailer. Appreciated the service rendered to me and family.

Unfortunately this was the Uhaul rental place I was directed to from Fernandina Beach, FL (where I wanted to rent the truck. This place was 29 miles away and they did not give me an additional allocation of miles.

Had to log in to my Uhaul account and couldn't. First time I called I got put on permanent hold and wasn't told I was being put on hold. Called traffic #and they got it done. An hour more time dealing with Uhaul that I didn't need to. I've spent a lot of money with this company and this is 2 times in a row. 2 strikes, if there's a 3rd without compensation you're out.

The following is NOT related to the Army Navy Surplus location. Initially I booked from "Battons appliances" and arrived at the store to pick up my order about 30 minutes early. When I arrived the app told me to go inside to pick up the trailer. The business was permanently closed. I hooked up the trailer and called uhaul in an attempt to have the trailer picked up online, however the associate I spoke with was unhelpful and without my permission cancelled my reservation at battons appliance and rebooked it a 10 minute drive away, requiring me to unhook the trailer at battons appliances and drive across town to the other location. All of which just to pick up the exact same trailer I already had hooked up to my car. It was a logistical nightmare, and my next trailer rental I will be looking anywhere except uhaul to avoid wasting my time again. All this being said, the location at 1715 Osborne Rd was friendly and helpful, and I have no complaints about their location.

A dedicated parking lot for Uhaul vehicles. Too many cars near the Uhauls.

We reserved a 4x7, wasn’t available, so uhaul Rep called and changed our location and upgraded to 6x12. We only needed to haul one piece of furniture - so this was definitely too big. When we arrived at the new location, there was a 4x7 and a 5x8 we noticed and asked for, owner said he’d have to upcharge us for that and told us it was better to take the 6x12. Made no sense, but my husband didn’t want to argue or pay any more or delay our plans. Owner told us it was due to a glitch in the uhaul app. Suggestion: fix reservation issues, educate owners on customer service and making the problem right when a glitch does happen.
