The share 24/7 program was not working I had to redo all information once at the location even though reservation was made online keys were not in truck truck was also nasty cab and back of truck

Make sure the trucks are clean.i had to thoroughly clean the front area of the truck myself.it was disgusting. There were stains, spills, excessive hair everywhere. Yuck!

For starters you can find another location .I had to call to customer service to make a complaint.. the truck was returned the same day however..Friday August the 18 I had to call customer service to let them know the truck was returned the same day as well as the time keys where turned in ..the Phillip 66 owners did not credit me for returning the truck in fact Friday after talking to the helpful customer service person at U haul Iwent to the location to advise the owner that the truck was returned my contracted stated 5:15 Thursday the same day ...I was told by the a male owner that I.had to come back later Friday( that) evening at 5pm when the guy who was there when I returned the keys too so he could verify that I returned the keys. The owner which was a male asked for my contract I told him I am not giving it to him but he could make a copy he did make a copy.I called Customer service for U haul back to let customer service know that I felt that the owners at phollip 66 where trying to rip me off. she documented everything gave me a reference number After talking to my nephew who was present he called Phillip 66 spoke to a female but by the way the phone number on the contract is not the number I was able to reach the owners by I had to Google the correct number so did my nephew. He called spoke with a female he stated to her that the guy stated he was not formula wth U haul.the female owner stated that the keys where not return hung up on my keep her but we saw the truck on the lot... My nephew felt that they had rerented the truck but we saw it on the lot eariler. how ever I do not wish to be charged for services I did not accumulate also I was treated so very badly .I hope that your company consider putting your trucks some place else .Please take care of this matter for me I have all my information. They were hard to deal with. The web site told me I would pick up the truck at 5pm and would keep it for 24hrs. When I arrived after using fast check out still was forced to wait 20 min to check out and was informed I could only keep the truck untill 3pm. Also they had none of the supplies your website told me to pick up from them after I paid for them using the website. So I wasn't given any box's I ordered which further set me back and gave me a bigger inconvenience. Highly unsatisfied with my entire H-1haul experience.

When we returned the truck the attendant had us park the truck blocking the other trucks and he was going to move it later. I found out the next day that my son locked the keys in the truck which I didn't know he did that. I had AAA come and unlock the truck but because I didnt find out about it untill the following day the location charged us a no cleaning out the truck fee because they truck was blocked and that was the only way as they felt they would be reimbursed for they inconvenience. if you look thru my account I have never have a issue returning a truck it not being cleaned out. They were very rude about the situation as I explained I didn't know about this till later and I was at work. I feel like I need to be refunded because if the other trucks were parked correctly and the man had not told us to park it there we would have been ok. But to charge me for something I didnt to is outrageous and makes me want to use another company. Please contact me regardig this matter

I dropped off after-hours at the gas station. My only complaint is that I dropped it at 830 pm on 9th, but they didn't check it in til after 3 pm on the 10th, but that doesn't really matter. Thanks

The staff was not very professional at all. The truck was not clean on the inside. Was not greeted or thanked. I will never visit this location again.

The location and the truck were fine I do not belive I will be using online any more when we move. We have always used uhaul when we moved or needed a truck. I thought I was getting one thing got something else. I can't say how many times we used uhaul, but the price the time was rediculuos this was a short distance for moving a couple of things I'm not use of I'll be using uhaul the the next time I need a truck.

I was forced to buy the insurance because they said their printer wasn't working. So I would say get a working printer! Other than that everything was fine.

THE LADY/OWNER WAS THE RUDEST PERSON THAT I HAVE EVER MET....SHE DID NOT INFORM US OF THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES ABOVE THE ADVERTISE $19.95 PRICE. SHE WAS VERY HOSTILE AND WHEN WE DEMANDED AN EXPLANATION SHE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL POLICE. WE HAD LEFT A WHITE PLASTIC BUCKET IN THE CAB THAT WE HAD USED FOR A 3RD SEAT AND SHE DEMANDED ANOTHER $20. BECAUSE SHE SAID WE RETURNED A DIRTY TRUCK......SHE DID NOT EXPLAIN THE CHARGE TO REFILL THE GAS TANK....WE THOUGHT THE 79 CENTS PER MILE AND THE INSURANCE CHARGE AND THE TRUCK RENTAL OF $19.95 WAS THE TOTAL CHARGES. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE US A RECEIPT,,,,SHE ALSO KEPT US WAITING TO RENT THE TRUCK WHILE SHE FINISHED A DELIVERY INVENTORY AND IT TOOK US 1 AND 1 HALF HOUR TO CHECK OUT ON RETURN.....IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD WITH A SERVICE INDUSTRY...I AM A WHITE PERSON , AGE 70, AND WORKED IN SALES AND SERVICE....THIS LADY IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR COMPANY GENE HOLDINGHAUSEN

The cashier was on the phone the entire transaction for pick up and the drop off. I couldn't get through calling prior to arrival because the phone line was busy and when I didn't receive my receipt via email and tried calling to speak with a cashier, the line was busy still and I HD to make a special trip back to get it resolved. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly. also inconvenienced
