We rented the truck to pick up Toys for tots, and we have tried getting the discount since we are a 501 c 3 organization, but there always seems to be a hitch. We had the truck a little over an hour and were charged $82.00plus dollars. Sad, will look for another location that helps children.

the customer service was great. it was a very easy and pleasant experience for cargo van rental. Only wish it was less expensive. I needed to get a antique stove from Chicago. Got a three day rental,drove up and back in one day. (750miles included) Van rides nicely and handles well. It is a little of a noisy ride because of the openness of the cab and the rest of the van. Used them when I transported the stove to Chicago for repairs and was pleased. Again,just wish it didn't cost so much.

15 foot box truck had 122,000 miles on it. front end was worn out. wandered all over the road, steering very loose. i'm experienced, I could handle it. if a novice drives it, it is a disaster waiting to happen. this location excellent in every regard. friendly, courteous employees. would recommend to anyone.

I reserved a U-Haul ahead of time, and the app was a nightmare. It wasn't loading and when I entered in the correct information, I would get a call from someone at U-Haul saying that I didn't input the information, which I did. Despite all of this, the workers at this location were incredibly helpful and made sure I got my truck.

Tried to order online at first at an ace. Upgraded me to a truck. Did not want. Went into Baumgartner location and received excellent service. Nothing beats face to face experience. Got exactly what I ordered.

I was not informed of the new policy of having to check in the truck rental online WHILE at the location of return. I did not open the text stating these guidelines until well after I had left the premises. I did not return to follow through, but was charged for not doing what the text required. It would have been business savvy for the checkout person to inform me of that policy so that I could have followed through and avoided the charge. Other than that, this location has been great to work with and I have used them often and will continue to do so.
