The vehicle was poorly maintained. Poor brakes, shock absorbers seemed to be non-functional, steering was poor.

It took a lot longer than I thought it would. Not sure why , but i thought signing up for the self whatever was just putting the info into the system prior to make check out quicker. The clerk was very rude and unhelpful when I didn't understand what I had to do.

When I went to pick up the van today the gentleman was rude to me. He gave me the key and said the van is right outside. I asked if it was the one we could see from the window and his response was don't you see that's the only one that's out there and I said I didn't know if there were some in the back. When my mom called to let them know we might be bringing it back a tad after the time I said in the morning he was also rude to her also

I went to the trouble to make a reservation and specifically declined any insurance coverage or extras. Should have been an easy transaction. Waited quite a while for the owner to pull up my reservation. By the time he was finished manipulating it on his computer 15 minutes later, my $73 trailer rental turned into a $99 trailer rental after he added extra insurance I didn't need. When I saw the bill and challenged it with my reservation, he said he could take the insurance off and do it over but he would have to start from scratch - another 15 minute wait. On a Friday afternoon at 5 pm, I didn't feel like waiting again. Unethical in my opinion.

In general the experience was good but the length of time required to to the online self pick up was too long. I would advise people do this type of pick up to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to pick up time. The truck did have some damage to it and it wasn't exceptionally clean but also wasn't terrible either.

Didn't go over contract, took money and signed contract then have me the key to go find the truck and it was a scary drive cause the steering was awful.

There were some unclear instructions on the drop box that at first made it sound as if I needed to log in before dropping off my keys. I just followed the instructions of the manager, though. Easy, simple process! Great price!

Perfectly fine. Quick, courteous, and efficient. I only checked "no" on the inviting question because it was dark, and it looked like no one was there. So I wasted a little time trying to figure out things by myself before I got assistance. Overall, perfectly fine, once the attendant started working with me.

Customer Service could be much more friendlier when you arrive to fill out paperwork and PU truck but when I booked my truck on line I booked for nine hours with confirmation but the next day when I picked up the truck the guy said I could only use it for five hours which was not enough time and it made me have to rent another truck to finish my move the following weekend.
