Went to pick up truck at the location and there was a sign on the door that said "Be Right Back." Waited over an hour before the owner came back. He did not apologize. He did not admit any fault. Also said my rental was from 8:30AM-2:30PM. But I had an e-mail confirmation saying it was from 10:00AM-4:00PM.

I dropped the trailer off there on a Sunday, and it was not open, so I had no interaction with the personnel at all.

My original truck reservations was giving away. I never received the confirmation text message. Then I was overcharged, the lady that works at that location was extremely rude to me. They didn't inform me about the rental policy, plus the truck was extremely dirty.

The size vehicle that was reserved was not available and we were asked to accept a larger truck than we needed costing us more fuel than necessary. Upon review of my invoice I noticed they put my name with the address of where we were picking up our items but it is not my address!! Then the 19.95 charge was doubled. When I phoned to get my invoice corrected I received a voice mail. after waiting for a return call for 3 hours I phoned again and the party that answered said he would have to have 'her' call me back. When that 'her' person called me back she said she could not correct the invoice I would have to call 'Erv' the next morning. This is so unprofessional for U-Haul.

There was no one there during the morning on a work day and a gentleman from another business took my keys ...I could have just used the drop box...and said that no one was ever there. It was downtown and not welcoming.

Representative unable to process requests due to lack of familiarity with the UHaul website. Lack of customer service, lack of ability to perform her job, lack of knowledge to help customers is disappointing. You know that one person at your work who is unable to do their job? That person who relies on everyone else to do the job for them. That person. Works here. Will be helping you. The representative needs a training course on how to use a computer, must more than a training course on how the Uhaul website works.
