Réellement déçue ... je sais que ce n'est pas eux mais le fonctionnement de uhaul ! J'ai réservé un camion la semaine passée ! J'ai téléphoné le lendemain afin de confirmer que tout était ok et ajouter une réservation pour un diable pour les électroménagers! La dame me dit de téléphoner la veille pour être certaine qu'elle en a un ! Ce que je fis ! Elle en avait un et me dit qu'elle me le réserve ! Ça tombe bien car descendre les électroménagers du 2e etage c'est pas évident ! J'arrive vendredi pour aller chercher le camion, et le boss de la pépinière venait de donner mon diable à une autre cliente ! Je lui fais part de la situation... il a l'air de s'en sacrer ! Ils appellent une autre compagnie un peu plus loin et me dise va le chercher là bas !!! En plein jour de déménagement j'ai pas le temps de courailler des équipements que j'avais pris la peine de réserver une semaine avant et confirmer la veille ! Ben déçue de tout ça

Du a un contretemp jsi du aller au depaneur sur Mgr.Langlois a valleyfield, j'ai appelé avant et on mas dit venir tout est beau on as plein remorque pret a prendre, a mon arrivée plusieurs remorque mais aucune accessible ( pris dans glace et neige) le commis ma dit c car un loue pas et m'a proposé aucune aide, jai du retourner a la pépinière ou comme d'habitude jai eu un excellent service. Résultat perdue environ 1h30 et plus de 50km fait inutilement 😡

The truck had not been swept out. The cabin of the truck hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time. And I doubt that the truck had been sanitized between drivers, from the look of it, and the story that the GREAT clerk at the store told me. (He actually was great). He said the truck had arrived late last night and that he hadn't seen the truck. Also, we arrived an hour early for our truck but because of some misconfiguration the truck wasn't able to be picked up. I was under the impression that we had ordered the contactless "truck share 24/7" service, but apparently that's not the case. Again, the staff were wonderful and handled all issues. Kudos to them. Nice people, super friendly, and helpful. Honest thought - maybe running all of this crap through apps and computer systems doesn't work.

Very bad truck with loose steering and bad suspension. No windshield washer fluid and no registration card. American truck with Arizona plate with speed in miles and very small indication in kilometer.

I had originally booked online a 10ft truck at Vent D Auto Gerry at 382 Grand blvd in Ile Perrot for 10 am. When we got there, the place was a dump. They did not know about our reservation and confirmed they had no equipment. We were very upset. I then called another location (Cité de Jeunes) and they were able to complete the reservation for us. We were very relieved and grateful since we had 2 men helping us that morning. In the future I will call Cite des jeunes first if I need to book a truck and not use the online booking.
