A terrible experience. Went to pick up the truck at the location, the entire driveway, parking lot, everything covered with snow, no snow service done, unable to find the driveway, parked the car at another parking lot close by, walked to the location in freezing cold. Then glitch in the self checkout system and it would not let me have the key due to uhaul system unable to verify my location. After an hour got my keys, fingers frozen working on the phone/uhaul system. Had additional items like, dolly and trolley. I was told that the items will be inside the truck. Not there, had to hire more people to move me, paid 150$ extra, thanks uhaul. They still charged me for the items. Lastly drove back to u haul to return the truck, got stuck in the rental driveway. Called customer service, they informed that I need to initiate road side assistance online. Completed that and waited for 30 mins to just get a response. The lady said it will try to get help and Errol inform within an hour and let me know that some help Will be there in another 40 mins-hour. People around started helping me with shoveling in the 10' weather. Had infant and toddler to take care at home, journey to the rental was supposed to be fairly quick, turned out that morning trip to this rental was an hour and evening hour and a half.

Very Rude we are a municipality and were not suppose to pay taxes and we were told we would have to take it up with u haul and we had to pay taxes.

Upon ordering the furniture dollies I was told the St Joseph location only had one but I could pick up the other at the Benton Harbor location. When I got to the St Joseph location they had none. Neither did the Benton Harbor location. The Rental Branch offered to let me use theirs for two and a half times as much. Didn't appreciate the bait and switch tactic. If you don't have the equipment just say so up front so I can look elsewhere. I went without. No sorry, no trying to correct the situation. Just an upsell.
