Kevin S.Additional charges was applied for an extra one day for no reason, the person who helped us was very dishonest, we were charged 2 times for the rental and we were charged extra $60 for insurance that we must have otherwise we would not be able to rent the truck, to work for U-haul you have to be dishonest person.

Robert Z.I failed to verify the gas level on the contract but returned the truck at the level that I got it at and was charged $18 extra for gas. I only drove 40 miles and filled up $20 worth of gas. Rear tire had significant sidewall damage which seemed unsafe.
