Location hours state they open at 10am. I arrived on Tuesday morning at approx 1020am and no one was there, gates were shut and no one answered their contact phone when I called them. I waited until 1045am, and after 2 more attempts to call them and 2 messages left, I opened the gate myself, unhooked the trailer, took video and photos to prove there was no damage to the trailer, left the original paperwork on the trailer so they could check it in, let my welf out, took a photo of it parker in front of their small building, secured both gates, left another phone message, and then drove away to get to my 12pm appt on time. Then, more than a week later, Uhaul calls me asking if I plan to return the trailer???? I explained everything to the representative over the phone and she says she has not been able to contact anyone at that location either (around 1pm time yesterday). Post hours you actually are in office for dropoff, and then be there during those hours. Your customers have lives and other things to do besides waiting on you to get to work. Dr. Frank G. Ormondr
