Please improve your computer systems. 3 of the last 4 times I’ve been to this location over the past year has included issues to the internal computer system and/or the credit card system. Yesterday’s experience was the worst, arriving to a large line (only one lady working counter) and no one able to pay with credit card. After waiting 20 minutes, I go to my bank around the corner to get some cash. Return 5 minutes later the line is even longer, but fortunately the manager has arrived to assist, but is unsuccessful. Finally another worker arrived to start his day and tried manually entering credit cards and voila the line started moving. In total, it took an hour to pick up my reserved and pre-checked in trailer. All the workers were very nice and apologetic, however some system infrastructure improvements are vastly needed.

It took me over 30 minutes to get the truck I’d booked the evening before, I’d been put on ealert or something that I’d had no part in 3 years ago. Wheels on the phone the woman didn’t know what she was doing, which made my wait on the phone even longer and more frustrating than it should have been. Someone used my information 3 years ago to rent a truck and then didn’t pay the balance which I was then stuck with and ended up being out the money unexpectedly. Then dropping the truck back off, I had to wait another 25+ minutes coz there was only one person and no one to help put trucks back in the system and check them over, he was swearing and not being professional. Entire experience was not worth $117 I spent today plus the extra on ealert!! Ffs! Not impressed!

This location was the only one of three I visited that actually cared about the issue I was having. I reserved a truck then found out when I went ti pick it up, they double booked it. I went to another location and they acted as if it was my fault. The scs location found me a truck and I was driving it within minutes. I was ready to never rent a truck from this company again but the customer service in SCS might change that.

They called me & told me to pick up the trailer at another location, but couldn't give me the $$ back that I had to pay online. I had to call myself to initiate a credit. Very unprofessional all the way around.

From beginning to end your staff was wonderful!?? We lost our helpers ?? so we needed to keep the truck longer than expected. We knew we would have to pay for the additional day. Your staff was very patient and told us not to worry just return it when we could??. Upon returning the truck we found out we had been over charged for the appliance dolly so that was also adjusted. Praying that we never have to move again, but if we ever need your services we will be there.

I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but it would have been around 10:30am on Sunday. He was extremely helpful and efficient with getting me signed in and out the door. Very friendly as well. Will return to this location.

My sales person was a female. I said good morning and she didn't mutter a word. I was accompanied by a friend who needed the facilities. She showed him the restroom. He said "thank you" and she didn't mutter a word of "you're welcome". Her vibrations were funky and she was just a b****. The truck was great! No worries there.

When I pulled into the drop-off area, I sat in the truck and waited about 10 minutes. It was a busy Sunday, so I decided to go inside, and as I was walking in to the store, a man rushed out. As he was passing me, he pointed at the truck and said “is that you?” I nodded and he said “stay right there.” I waited in that spot for another ten minutes before I walked back over to the truck. He was sitting in the truck with the door closed (it was a very cold morning), and when I approached he opened the door and said “I just emailed you a receipt. You’re all set.” I had just rented a truck from a different location two weeks prior, and it was just such a starkly different experience. The first guy couldn’t have been more helpful; he asked me questions about my move and preferences, and he still managed to process my return in under 5 minutes. I could tell that the young man at this location just wanted to get through his day with as little interaction as possible. As a customer, I was a little disappointed.

The staff was great. But the truck that I had rented had a leak in the roof and some of my belongings got pretty wet, sitting in a puddle on the Shelf of the truck wet. None of my Furniture was damaged but my manuals for all my power tools and everything like that were completely soaked and a few other things had been partially soaked. The light not working in the bed of the U-haul made it a bit difficult to properly place items. It's not easy too Carry and hold a flashlight to see where you are placing. Yes, packing a boxed in truck in the dark makes for a Shin bruise bruising time. If the guys at the desk weren't so polite and genuinely nice I would not recommend it to a friend because vehicles that you are renting out should be properly checked and maintained. I holla boats and if my Wiggins is not properly maintained to lift an 80 thousand pound boat out of the water and strap breaks or the hydraulic pumps goes because it's low on fluid due to my neglect and the owner watches his boat smash into the concrete below I'm responsible for that because I'm providing a service that he or she is paying for. So Maybe instead of just being polite and courteous the workers should check their equipment so that way the individual renting the equipment doesn't end up with bruised Shins water damaged belongings and all around just a headache trying to pack in the dark was not fun I work during the day and I shouldn't have to provide flood lights the pack my stuff and a Truck that has a dome light to like the cap up.
