the person that care for me was quiet and to the task of renting the truck. Did Allin good amount of time and out the door with truck.... The box of the truck was clean and all the tie downs were in place to make sure nothing moved around.. That was the first time for me that that happened!!!!!!!! Great!!!! JIM BERRY. The truck would not allow us to increase the rpms to achieve better gas mileage and would cough and sputter while on the highways. These problems was brought to the agents attention when we returned the vehicle this morning. We used extra gas for this reasonalbert S.

You could start by hiring people that know what they are doing. I rented a 15 foot truck with a dolly one way to another town. The confirmation I got sent the day before was all wrong and it took me 20 minutes to get the guy I was talking to to understand what was wrong with my reservation. And then he still didn't correct the problem. When my husband got there they couldn't even find our reservation and sent him to another location because they didn't have the truck. When he got to the other location there was no appliance dolly. Then when he got home and loaded up the truck he then couldn't get the back door shut. It was jammed open and got told it happens all the time. He had to wait over and hour and half for someone to come and just before they arrived he finally arrived. It was a disaster throughout the whole procedure. You should never rent a truck that doesn't work when you know it. And you really need your customer service reps be knowledgeable enough to understand how to make a reservation or fix one. We just rented a truck from the same location a few weeks ago and experienced a lot of problems when they rented us a 10 foot truck telling me it would fit a refrigerator but we had to lay the refrigerator on its back and you neglected to tell me it wouldn't come with a ramp. It took four strong men to pick it up and get it in the truck. Fortunately for us the people we bought the refrigerator from helped us or we would have been stuck. Terrible terrible service from you and if there was any other company to rent from I would never come to you again. You can not have the mechanic / front desk person work both roles, the black gunk on his hands and finger nails, appeared on my paper work and card. This location is attached to a used car a lot, no signage, the smart a$$ car sales almost made me address him unprofessionally.Jeff W.
Truck dirty. Had to drive to two locations to pick up truck and tow dolly. Took more than an hour to get the two locations closer than the original pickup that would have taken over an hour to pick up. And drop off location was bankrupt and closed. Had to wait an hour to find out where to drop off. Parked at dilapidated building. Ended up dropping off even farther away from our new home.Jeffrey S.
It took over 30 minutes until I was approved and when I was it told me to go inside to get the key. When I went inside to get the key the employee there had no clue what I was talking about when I ask for my truck key. He said he never heard of using the app. Lucky enough after 20 minutes of talking to him about it he just gave me the keys. It was a very Unpleasant experience.Brett K.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. THEY SNEAK IN A GAS CHARGE, I DROVE 62.7 MILES, USED A 1/4 TANK OF GAS AND IT COST ME $67.10. I HAD TO TAKE PICTURE AFTER PICTURE TO PICK-UP/RETURN THE VEHICLE, PROVIDE NUMBER AFTER NUMBER SO SOMEONE COULD VERIFY AN ALTERNATE CONTACT, AFTER TAKING A PICTURE OF MYSELF AND MY LICENSE FRONT AND BACK. CALLED TO ASK ABOUT IT AND THE PERSON WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I SAID THIS IS A CROCK OF SH*T. NEVER AGAIN!!Matthew S.
