Very small, full, and awkwardly shaped parking lot, & no obvious spaces to drop trailer off. Parked near front door, but not in a parking spot. Sorry if it created issues.

I used the App to sign up for a rental (@6pm), like y’all suggested over the phone. A few hours before my appointment, you told me the truck I needed wasn’t available for the time I selected . Upon my arrival, y’all tried up-charging me for wanting to keep the truck during the time I previously selected. C’mon, man. Don’t allow an available time slot if the truck isn’t available. If that’s an issue then fix the app. If the customer has to make a change (because of your mistake), offer some type of compensation instead of charging them more because you couldn’t figure it out. Lastly, stop letting the U-Haul Site Management use this excuse, “I’m sorry, it’s U-Haul’s policy, not ours.”

This was a small location at an auto repair place and the Uhaul rentals were not a major part of their business. The gentleman renting the Uhaul didn't go over the vehicle with me and did not have the total number of blankets I had reserved. I had to go to another UHaul location to rent the additional blankets--that location was an actual Uhual store and service there was excellent!

Inside of truck windshield was very dirty. Driver side window rattled excessively. Two tires were worn and should have been replaced. Two of three items are safety related and should have been corrected.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. He forgot to give me the furniture pads I paid for, and he gave horrible instructions on the process for returning the equipment.

I would not recommend this location for people returning anything other than a small uHaul. They have a very small lot with very limited parking. So trying to find a place for a 26' truck at night, in the rain. Made for an unpleasant experience when there is another uHaul location nearby that is much more accessible.

The person who helped me told me they did not like the online process I used and was not very nice. I also asked to have the truck for 24 hours but was told by the same person I had to have it back before my 24 time mark.

Initial contact was rude and didn't understand that I was following instructions from U-haul. Couldn't believe I would do it on the phone and just go to counter. Maybe was having a bad day, but caused me to start having one.

I got charged an additional $58.18 and I have no clue why. I dropped the UHaul off around 4:30 pm on 5/18. I filled it up right before dropping off. Since I was told to drop off there instead of the original location I selected, I have no idea why I was charged. I was within the time & mileage timeframe and left it with a full tank of gas. What is this cost for? Can you please refund it?

Make sure your online return process works. I could not get past the very first step, "verifying the location". My Location app was on, but your system kept saying it couldn't find the return location. It complicated what should have been a smooth return.

The mobile app pickup was hard to use (almost impossible), made me retake the pictures a dozen times. When we got home with the truck it didn’t even have the appliance dolly we ordered and customer service refused to help or reimburse us.
