The U-Haul employee had us waiting 45 minutes while he checked in multiple people who had brought their trucks back after we had arrived. He was clearly understaffed and needed at least 2 more people working instead of working the retail counter at the same time as checking people in and out.

I had to wait for 30 minutes at this location to even be acknowledged by the attendant. There were only two other customers in the store, though he was the lone attendant. He then only refered me to the website to complete my drop off. When I told him I’d like to wait to talk with him about my order he said it would be another thirty minutes. So I waited, he was busy and I was the last customer there. When he finished, however, I was then the only customer in the store and he did nothing to help me. As stated above he said he could do nothing to “look into” the problem because it would take “days.”

Your self-service pickup is terrible and inefficient. Also it doesn’t make sense to request a pickup location only for you guys to change the address of the pickup location and not make it clear that the address of the pickup location is different from the preferred pickup location.

The guy Justin Mehas doesn't know how to treat customers right. He is always rude to me. The first time I went to this branch to pick up a truck he was so rude to me, though I ignored it. And he repeated it today. The last time I brought back the truck, I requested for him to check it in, but he left me under the sun without any explanation and went inside the office. Then I pulled up the uhaul self service page on my phone, checked in the truck and then went inside the office to return the keys to him. But he refused taking the keys from me and instead asked me to drop it on the counter. I inquired over and over again to know if it was okay doing that and he said yes. I dropped the keys and left for my house. I got a call from him 1hr later asking me where I left the keys. That I didn't find funny at all, but after I explained to him, he dropped the call and never called again....not even to apologize. Secondly, today I went to the same location, meet the same guy. He kept me waiting for over 25mins......just to pick up a truck. I wouldn't even spend as much time if I was doing a self pick up. The way he spoke to me telling me that he has read out some stuff to me.....which of course I knew he has to. But stopping at a point to look at me and ask me to listen to him read was really rude and unbecoming of a uhaul representative. I have come to the conclusion that he either does not know what the job entails or he only behaves like that towards me because of my color. I will never go there or recommend anybody provided he is there. The other guy there is so cool and nice. He knows the job and he is always nice to people. But Justin is NO NO for me.

I went to 4 place to find a tow dolly. This is after I was confirmed the day before. The first one said it was broken, then to the one on Watt (no Uhaul), the one near only one truck. The one on Watt is not there, there was a U-H near, but only had one truck. I was to pick up at 9am but was after 2 before I was on my way, very poor service. These are what U-Haul sent me: Your U-Haul res 86485917 is sched. at 6099 WATT AV SUITE 2 in NORTH HIGHLANDS at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Call (916) 437-4134 to confirm. Your U-Haul res 86485917 is sched. at 6425 STOCKTON BL in SACRAMENTO at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Call (916) 424-9715 to confirm. The last place was very helpful and went very smooth, but getting here was a real joke, I would think I should get a refund, it was that bad.
