The online people said I had a dolly reserved at the florin road u-haul but when I got there the workers said the dollies were all reserved for others. Luckily i only needed it for a few hours so they let me take one.

I just assumed that my truck would have a loading ramp. It had a trailer hitch. I wish I had known.

I declined the additional insurance on my online reservation and in person on the electronic authorization. When Miguel reviewed the invoice , I inquired about the rate- he assured me the rate was an estimate based on milage and it would be adjusted when the vehicle was returned and inspected. I get a email with my ajusted bill.. and was charged for the insurance I declined. I spoke with the manager Gil and he informed me - that I had signed and authorized this charge. I explained that this was not authorized and I had discussed this with the agent and declined this coverage. Gil reminded me I they have my signature authorizing it. I have left a message with Miguel the service agent to see if he had an explanation and to remind him of our conversation even though he did charge me for the insurance coverage to see if he might assist me in getting this charge reversed. I have still yet to hear from him. Years a loyal customer, to not be heard. unexceptable

Customer service at that location was terrible one manager when i picked up truck was very nice helpful other employees not at all i was yeld on yesterday when returning the van how the manager was busy had headache all of us there and throw my papera to o other employees said he wont help and said how he needs a reason to get fired no one know what they wore doing i hade to call the 866 and have U-Haul pro walk them through

We move every two years and use your company every time. this time I was sent to three different location and it was very confusing ended up with a 26 foot trailer I didn’t need but thanks for the discount just wish I didn’t have to drive so far to get the Vehicle

The equipment was clean. However, the gas gauge did not work properly. I took the truck with less than half a tank of gas. When I filled it to replace the gas used, I relied on the gauge to make sure I replaced the used gas, the gauge did not register half until it was driven a mile. I ended putting in almost $30.00 additional of gas than needed. I am requesting a refund of said amount, as it was the equipment and not my oversight. Thank you.
