The truck was clean and on time but for the location to forget to put in a dolly and blankets and make us drive back to get them is ridiculous. And to top it , they gave us the wrong dolly style.

The truck I rented had a very strong smell of marijuana, I told the associate about it and he said, yeah. I went to the gas station to make sure I brought the truck back at 3/4s of a tank. The gage did not move from right before 3/4s of a tank so naturally I kept pumping gas. The pump stopped indicating the truck was full. Even though the gage never passed 3/4s if a tank. Equipment needs to be checked by someone. Meanwhile I spent over $110 on a truck that I'm only used for 4 hours and brought back with a full tank. I have video and pictures of this whole event. Next time I'll just go to home depot and rent one of their trucks, at least I'll know I won't be ripped off.

I want to say that Mercedes was very very helpful. I don’t know if those location was short staffed today or if it’s always like that, but that poor woman was seriously overworked. This location needs more people helping customers! On the other hand, Tim, who checked in the truck, criticized me for not bringing the truck to the right area to check it in, even though it was not at all clear where I was supposed to go. Overall, I hated driving the truck, because it’s just stressful, and I had very long waits when picking up and dropping off. Still, because of great people like Larry and Mercedes and their excellent customer service, I’m left with a favorable opinion of U-Haul

I am immensely upset at the service that I received. I had reserved a 20 in truck from 7am-7pm for 12/22. When I got there I started the process to checking out the truck when a worker came, got the truck, and gave it to another customer. The only 20 inch truck that was left the keys were stuck inside. We waited another 30 minutes before we just ended up getting a 15 in truck. We had movers waiting and lost time we could have been moving. We didn't end up leaving this location until 2 hours past our reservation time. In addition because we had a smaller truck, we had to make multiple trips which resulted in more miles used on the truck. I had called customer service 5 times and all redirected me to talk to the store manager in whom I talked to but still didn't help me and tried to redirect me to customer service once again. This is completely unacceptable and I had ended up paying more for the worst uhaul rental experience. I should be compensated for my entire rental for the loss of time and money from my movers.

Rude staff we very argumentative on the phone. Additonally, the charged me for a second day after telling me I would not receive additional charges. Then refused to let me use the truck for the second day.

I couldn't get through on the phone to ask a simple question, but my guess is that they were very busy. When I picked up my truck, I had to wait 1 hour. There were only two people on duty at the front desk but then they had to go out and get the equipment too. I think there should have been a team outside to help expedite this process. All your personnel were courteous and friendly.

I thought I read on a sign at the office that the hand truck and pads were included in the daily fee but when we returned the van we were charged an additional amount for the hand truck and pads . The amount was too small to argue about but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I reserved my trailer online. U-Haul sent me a text with a confirmation #. When I showed up to pick up the trailer they did not have the reservation nor the reservation number. Person at the counter was pleasant, but she failed to tighten the trailer to the tow ball. Luckily, I did my own pretrip check.

Worst customer service. Equipment was not working when we hooked it up (5x8 trailer). Was given a phone number and told to find one myself at another location. After over an hour, one of the employees decided he would try to fix the lights. He was successful but I don't understand why equipment wasn't checked before our arrival, why we weren't offered a discount or any compensation for the two hours we spent waiting for the trailer. I will never rent from this location again and do intend to report this to customer service, Yelp and social media.

Had in incident with the tow dolly. Tim, employee did not do a good job tightening the auto transport to my truck. Dolly unhitched while we try to load the car and damaged the tailgate and bumper. No one there was trained to do a incident report. No manager was picking up there calls. Had to do a report with the go haul number. Lady took my report and still two days later no one has called me to follow up. Case number 01307366-2018
