The man told me he called me to let me know 3 hours prior to pickup that he would not have a truck available for me. I was packing and did not even get this message, because, again, I was busy packing my life up getting ready to move. When we got there the guy acted like it was my fault for even showing up to pick up a truck that I reserved with U-Haul (Phone). He didn't even communicate what happened, what was wrong, what other options I had. So unhelpful. After I told him there is no option except for me to move out of my place today, he finally gave me the U-Haul on-site. I feel like this whole process was unprofessional and unorganized.

Was rude to my girlfriend because she asked if I can drive the uhaul if it's under her name and he said no until we got there and realized we wernt secret shoppers and then let me drive. When I bring it back he had customers at his 's furniture store and totally ignored me to make the sale. When I asked to please let me go because I'm paying for movers he said to leave the keys and just go. I never complain but CW Furniture should not be an authorized dealer.

It was a tiny little store in a terrible neighborhood and the truck was only 1/2 full. We didnt even have a reservation for this location, it was a location off Broadway that gave away our truck! There was no UHaul sign or anything but the one truck out front.

He was not very pleasant and gave us wrong truck and refuse to talk to dispatcher and I have to put her on speaker phone. Still I got charged wrong . It suppose to be in town milage.

"I really shouldn't help you until all of the customers are out of the store because I don't make any money off of u-haul." Worst rental experience ever. The only thing positive from the experience is that I got a truck. The guy was borderline hostile about the fact that I was inconveniencing him, and I left pissed. If I weren't in the middle of moving and writing this on my phone, I'd have a lot more to say.

Absolutely horrible experience. Unprofessional, took entirely way to long the guy I returned the keys to was rude and clearly doesn't know what customer service is. I will never ever go back and will tell all my friends and family to never go through this location. Despicable.

The only thing that would make it better is to have a LARGER sign in front, and make it higher too - I missed it the first time I went by. A parked car would block it, and I had to be in the parking lot to even see it, not visible from the road - otherwise, excellent!

We will NEVER USE UHAUL again. You didn' give us the size truck I reserved and you changed my return time to3 ours earlier than I requested at reservation time. We had to drive to a second location at the last minute to rent a smaller truck than requested to be able to get the initial return time we requested. We are never using Uhaul again.

It was never explained to me how to calculate the amount of gas needed to bring back at half of tank when I initially rented. I ended up bringing the back at full tank - paid $40 over what I should have put in.

Have been trying to reach this location since renting from them. A microwave was missed; which was in the front between driver and passenger seat. The language barrier is crazy and it took days before we could get the young lady to understand we were looking for a missing item left in the truck. Which in turn meant the microwave is now gone!

This was one of the worst transactions I have ever experienced and I have worked customer service for a long time. The gentleman who helped me was really nice but extremely incompetent. 1. He didn't know how to operate or navigate the computer system. He had to call several people to just to get me truck. He had to reenter my information 4 times. 2. The vehicle was dirty, had bad brakes, smelled and just overall mess. There was a discrepancy in what was measured on the gas meter and and what the tank actually contained. Apparently, gas was stolen from the vehicle overnight. What is usually a fluid maybe 5-10 minute transaction took 40 minutes. In addition, he didn't do a walk around the vehicle, didn't explain the benefits or cost of insurance nor my liability. 3. The return transaction was just as much of a cluster f as the initial time. It took him another 30 minutes because he was the only employee and was busy selling furniture. I will never recommend U-Haul to my family and friends because of this horrendous experience.
