I returned the truck after hours at about 9pm which was 6 hours after I rented it due to the fact that they needed it back by 6am. I brought it back and tried to register per your site to show it returned and the site was not working. So I put the keys in the box and parked the vehicle. They charged me $20 extra for a late return. I would like this refunded and i dont understand how they didnt have the nerve to check THE RETURN BOX for keys of returned vehicles before they left me a vm along with this late charge that the vehicle was not returned in time. Please call me to resolve this and I would like my money back or a refund of the charge.

Representative in the morning provided me with a range the gas needed to be in and even highlighted the area. I returned the vehicle within that range but a new representative said I had to be at selected mark. I was charged $28. Won’t use U-Haul again.

The original reservation (22536550) was NOT GURANTEED, and the truck I was assigned was NOT there. So they made a new reservation at another location, which made me need to take ANOTHER Lyft (now totaling $32) to a 2nd Uhaul Location, we ain't well past my original 6:30 a.m. start time, and it put me entirely behind schedule. In addition, the trucks brakes were HORRIBLE and barely stopped. The manager of the store tried to make the experience better, but it was already a bad experience.

None of the employees were following social distancing laws at work. I didn’t even want to be in the building as people rubbing shoulder to shoulder behind a counter. Pure stupidity. They tried to hand me a paper contract and refused to even touch it because it was such a violation of the “keep 6 feet apart” rule from the governor.

They gave me the wrong keys to the truck and had to switch my truck and do the contract all over again. I was late for my movers and she almost had me drive off with a truck that the contract wasn’t for!

I didnt appreciate the fact that i gassed up for 12miles of use and the claimed i was below i puti in the exact amount i usedthe charged me $9.50 and i didnt appreciate that staff member taking advantage of social distanting and my disability tiredness to report gas inaccurately. Id this didnr happen i would hv had a great / excellent experience...
