The person who checked us out did not specify that the truck had to be returned by a certain TIME of the day, therefore we ended up being told it was late and charged an extra $57 for returning it a few hours past the time. This is the third truck we have rented and we were happy up until this time.

They need to have more in-town trucks I was forced to get a higher truck because I was going in-town didn't make sense won't return.

Had the worst rental experience with this location. Went to a different location near my work and they were out of small trailers. I was told that this location has one available and put one on hold for me. When I got there about an hour before they close, the only employee working the front desk was on the phone talking to her daughter during work hours. When I finally got her attention she told me the one I have on hold I have to bring back by 7 in the morning. That is less then 1 hour before they close and right before they open. That's less then an hour of use during regular hours. I then asked if I can get the next size up for the same price, or if they could work with me, she called the manager and she was rude and started to put me down for not wanting to pay the full price. I told her that I drove for almost 30 min to pick it up because I was told they have one available, now I have to be there by 7am next day to drop it off. And they couldn't even offer an apology, kept saying if you don't want to get it you don't have to.

Make sure equipment is fully functional when sending it out Left tailgate lock pin would not lineup with cargo trailer side. Left tail light intermittent. ( my truck is new)

The gas was completely empty even though I was told that it was at 1/4 tank. The wheels on one of the dollies that I rented was full of mud and I had to take a few minutes to clean it. Moving can be stressful for anyone and rented equipment should be ready to go. There was also a delay during the checkout process even though I had pre-ordered/reserved online. The checkout process took an additional 30 minutes.

The people at this location are great but the corporate technology is a problem. The computer screens freeze and the staff just keeps trying to log back in to complete the transaction. This increases processing time unnecessarily and is not their fault. You really need to upgrade your systems. Some people just left in frustration so this is costing the corporation money and hurting its image.
