Absolutely terrible. I was told I had to be there on time to get the truck, so I wasted money on an Uber just so I could be stuck at the location for an hour trying to figure out how to check out the truck. I did the online registration which didn't do shit. The app was not letting me sign up or sign in. And I kept calling and being put on hold with costumer service and was give the run around several times. The location phone number didn't work, no one ever picked up the phone and I couldn't leave a voicemail. Never once was I sent the correct link for the checkout. It was a truly awful experience and I will never use U-Haul again.

My van was very dirty. Inside has chunks of mud in it and the tire jack was just laying in the back unattached. Tge outside had mud and dead bugs all over the front windows. I had to sweep the van out before using it.
Jodie CDolly was not with truck or instructions on how to get it. Truck was not clean.
David LThey had no service desk, I had to call TEN times and get no answer before calling the original uhaul line to get help. Then told id be texted a video, all while baking in the sun because this location is next to an adult toy store and in the middle of nowhere.
