When I picked up the truck, it had just about 3/4 of a tank of fuel. There is a gas station not even a block from Koch. The truck was filled right on 3/4 mark. When checking in, the rep stated that it was a gallon short. This is not accurate. Maybe if the truck was on a flat surface when checking in, it would have been accurate. When I explained this to rep he became argumentative. He yelled at one of my family members when my family member tried to explain what I was saying. I have no problem with the portion of additional charge that compensates exceeded miles. The fuel portion of the final but extra charge is WRONG! PLS see Claim #1882026. Arguing with a customer? Really? Not okay. Thank you for your time.

I thought that a dolly came with all trucks to assist the customer with there move of heavy appliances there wasnt would have been nice if one was with the truck

We didn't have all the things we paid for and so we had to make another trip back to the place to get them, which took extra time and it wasn't completely full either which means we had to stop and fill up the tank before making it home. It would have been nice to have a full tank so we didn't have to do that too. The person was nice, it just was not a place we were used to at all.

I left feeling extremely scammed. Charged $25 for a cleaning fee when we had swept the truck out. It was a wet day and if there was anything left in there after it dried, would take less than a few minutes to sweep it out. $25 for 3-5 minutes work. Where can I find a job like that?

After looking up hours online, it said they were open until 7:30 for drop off. We arrived at 7:10 and the man told us they were closed and we would have to come back the next day. Luckily, we were only about a mile away from the location, or that would have been a huge pain. The building was dirty and run down. It had a food stench that may not be appetizing to everyone. The man was nice and helpful the next morning when we dropped off the truck.

Their printer wouldnt work! He messed with it forever and i was on a tight schedule?? Then he didnt want to be fair on gas amount? Then he got annoyed when we wanted every damage on truck marked? We got their at 4:00pm and drove off lot at 4:40pm?? Much wasted time for us????
