With the exception of the manager being on his cell phone for more than15 minutes while I waited in the hot sun for him to rent me my truck, everything else was great. Truck seemed to be bran new.

There was no one available at our pick up location who could release our rental. It took us about an hour to finally be able to leave with the equipment we had reserved. There should always be a person/UHaul rep onsite to faciliate the rental process.

Provide more instructions on what is expected after the reservation process. The employee at the location was very rude and not helpful at all.

I returned the truck within 24 hours of rental and the truck was not check in, resulting in my bank account being charged again. I called Uhaul at least three times. The matter was finally resolved and my account was credited. One question I do have is why does it take an Uhaul Rep over an hour just to answer. I understand there are other customers, but seams like the company needs more CSR’s.

20 ft truck we reserved actually went to the farmerville hwy location and they rented our truck to someone else. Told us that the truck was at the cook town location even though he knew he had rented to someone else. Will never rent from farmerville hwy location. Cooktown accommodated us.

Pick up place was awesome!!! Stayed over for us to pick up a much needed truck that they could not get in the town we were moving my mom from. Super funny guy!!!

The owner called 2 of my private numbers and was obviously irritated about where the units had been parked & claimed were in his way. Because I was planning to unload the next day, when I parked them, the attendant simply said he was not responsible. The pictures show that the unit were not obstructing any access ways and parked off along the curb where the other rentals were. I felt the owner was exasperated because he had not had complete control

Took 3 hours to get the truck because of staffing. There was next to no gas in the track and only 50% air in one time which meant I spent my first hour in the truck getting up to par and cleaned out. Then, was double charged on my credit card and was able to get it resolved in 4 days, but overall the worst rental ever and I am usually a uHaul fan.

I have yet to make contact with the person running the uhaul (3 days of calling/ no answering machine) I dropped off the trailer, had the minimart lady "sign" as proof I turned it in, and I'll see what comes up....

Horrible, Uhaul has extreamly dirty with chocolate milk dried up on the cup holder. The guy was late to give me the Uhaul, I was sent to another location they didn’t have one, I called the support number finally got one, then when I went to return it, they didn’t have room for it so ( I had to take it ) to another location!! After driving 20 hours and spending $1500.00.. this was poor service. The 2nd drop off location was extreamly professional and kept it simple! He needs kudos but other than that a I don’t think my family or I will be back!!

When we arrived, they said the internet was down so had to do everything with phone. When we dropped off truck after going 10 miles (instead of 12 we paid for just in case), I put 2 1/2 gallons in at this Exxon right before turning in. That brought gas gauge back to 1/2 where it was when I got it. When I pulled around and backed in, gauge showed 3/8. I know the crazy high rates that can be charged for not returning with exact amount. Made locals aware but acted like they could do nothing, We wasted 45 minutes going thru main number (Vicki), then she referred to group that handles issues, and then she handed to another person (Iesha). I trust all is well but, of course, after making your headquarters aware of the issue, no response whatsoever. IF we are charged anything for gas, we will challenge it through Visa. Also, truck was dirty in cab (some dried mud) and in the back (leaves, dirt and styrofoam). I made local aware and he said "sorry." Didn't affect our move, but not UHaul quality.

My key was not properly prepared, I took more than one hour to call the customer service to get the key. Besides, the mileage out record is not correct, it is ten times different between the actual number and contract number.
