sharon cWhen I dropped off my U-Haul truck with more gas than when I got it, they charged me another $21.00 for fuel that they say it needed. I took pictures of the dash panel when I picked it up and when I dropped it off ( no one at that location or wasn't able to get ahold of them either)and I returned it with more fuel than when I got it. I asked for my money back and they said they do not do refunds, but they had NO REASON to charge my card to begin with. I will NEVER use U haul for anything again.
