It was weird that you charge a full day for the dolly to be rented for just 8 hours (until the store closing time on the day it was rented). It seems to make more sense to charge a day rate for a full 24 hours. I was charged for three days when I actually had it for less than 48 hours. It seems like a strange way to set up the billing.
