I was treated well by staff. This location was easy to enter & exit with the truck, too. So far I have been satisfied with this rental experience.
let us know how much tank holds as I turned it in with a lot more gas than I was surspose too.
Make it easier to contact your provider of equipment. It was impossible to talk to UHaul about my rental.
All of the trucks at this location did not look well taken care of. Specifically, the truck we rented seemed as though it had little to no transmission fluid and even though it was a 2012 model it seemed MUCH older due to the state of disrepair it was in. Both the ramp and the door were also very hard to close as if the mechanisms were not well lubricated. During the pick up experience the clerk at this location kept moving us to the side so that he could check out customers for the convenience store that this location is adjoined with. It took exponentially longer to get the check in process complete than the other times I have rented a U-Haul truck in the past because of this. Overall, I will not ever return to this location to rent a truck as I would rather pay more for mileage than repeat this experience.
Location was a convenience store with no support products. I had to go to a Lowes to buy a receiver.
The staff at the drop off location was friendly and helpful and a welcome change from the shoddy service that I received in trying to pick up my trailer rental
Everything that was presented to me online, on the phone with customer service and with the owner of my pickup location was wrong. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life. I plan on posting this sentiment on every review site I can find.
I was able to rent the truck I needed without a reservation.
As a first time mobile pick up customer it was somewhat confusing. I did the prompts and received a code, but had no instructions that I needed to go into the mobile location to ask for keys with the code given. Next time will be a lot smoother for sure.
The tank was full. This was very much appreciated. The gentleman at Pic and PAC was very efficient and helpful.

The store employees here barely spoke a word of English. I finally made them by saying "U-haul", the woman picked up the phone and called someone. She said that help would be here in a minute. I waited for over 20 minutes until a man drove up to me outside and I asked if he was here to help and he said yes. I followed him inside where it took another 20 minutes to get through the paperwork. He followed me back outside but he did not know how to hook up the trailer or connect the electrics. I have a plug receptacle on my truck for trailer lighting and the man said "I no have that here", pointing to my plug receptacle. I had to take apart my truck plug wiring harness and connect directly to the trailer, then connect the trailer to the hitch, compele the electrics, and all of this MYSELF in a pouring rain. I should also mention that I am a disabled veteran and was most certainly expecting a higher level of customer service. ANY customer would have been better than NO customer serice.
Very helpful made sure we understood the contract expectations. Convenient too.

We put 25$ in gas to put it on half tank, than they charged me again stating it was not half. Horrible. Never again
I tried to explain to the staff that I could not drive form the pickup location to my house to pick up the furniture, drive to furniture drop off location and back to the truck drop off location in 91 miles. He siad there was no way to adjust; however, in Nov 17 the last time I did this the staff asked how many miles it would take and I said 150 and he updated the rental. What changed?

I appreciated everything about the above location. However, we had scheduled to pick up a truck in Harrisonburg and were notified the day before we were to pick up the truck that the location had been changed to an hour away. I would have liked more notice.
This was 45 minutes away from where I reserved the truck. A completely different town and county.
The trailer was kinda shot. Straps, ratchets and crank were rusty and in need of oil also a bit muddy. The trailer was just a bit beat up. The gentleman was nice but They did not offer a restroom. When I asked I was told no.
We rented uhaul because it was going to rain as we have a truck and trailer already. We load to move stuff it rains and the cab of the truck leaks and has water all over us as was dangerous while driving. I called place where I got it to see if they could give me another truck they said call 800 go uhaul. It took me 2 1/2 hours to reach a person. They tell me they will make a report but nothing they can do and they could not get us another truck. They would report it to escalation and since it was weekend I would not hear back from anyone until Tuesday or Wednesday. You all will refund me some of my money. This is a ridiculous process.
Walked in and the first thing I see is drug paraphernalia being sold. I can definitely say I will not be back to that store. I returned the truck and there was no offer of emailing a confirmation of return. I had to call U-Haul to ask for that. There is just something unnerving about returning a rental vehicle and not getting something that says the vehicle has been returned and is in good condition. I would hate to leave and have someone else damage the vehicle and then blame me. I want an inspection and a written document that confirms the vehicle's condition.
