The printer was down so I didn't get a receipt/contract when I picked up the trailer. I was told that it was emailed to me. However, I never received it until after I returned the trailer. So, computer issues need improvement.

On 7/14/18 , I reserved a truck for 7/15/18 when I get to the location they claim they did not have a reservation from me.. The only reason I had gotten a truck, because another customer had cancelled. That's the complaint that I have , your integrity is not the truth??

The vehicle that i was quoted for wasn’t available one cargo van was damaged and the pickup was just recovered from st Clair shores impound lot so I was giving something that was bigger than what I needed and there was only one person running the counter overall they just need more people running the front entrance

Your automated message, while on hold, mentions that you are expected to bring back the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you left. So, by having employees that do not mention this to you, and send you out the door, i suppose we are supposed to delve into the contract while we have 4 hours left in the day to get our move done. So... you tell the customer that the "estimated" rental is going to be about $82, and i'm not getting a bill the next morning for $218.85. A SafeMove charge of $28 which i have no clue what that is since i believe i paid $14 for some form of safe move coverage, an environmental fee never mentioned. A no fault fee never mentioned. A rental charge never discussed. Then, then the ultimate screw job with your fuel-fill up service fee and EZ fule sales fee. $47.70 for 53.5 miles of use...yeah that is BULLS%IT. Do you have every location tell the customer that the printer is currently 'broke' and you will recieve all this information in email, which i get the next day after i've safely returned your vehicle unharmed. Never again. oh, tried calling the location first, after being on hold for 25 minutes to no avail i decided just to start here first. Don't worry , one way or another, i'll get my $145 extra dollars worth when i visit the location the second I'm out of work.

This location did not wish to read the notes where I was suppose to receive a $50 credit for the misinformation as well as inconvenience. Even after providing information to UHaul about the truck having electrical issues etc. the vehicle was still placed on the lot. I even filled the truck past full and was not provided any discount and it was on 3/4 at pickup. I’m very unhappy with the service provided and expect a call from someone in a manager position asap.

I think the $19.95 price is a Rip off. My rental totaled $102.00! That is just not right. Be honest with he people who are supporting your business. Don't let them leave feeling as if they had been ripped off.

1st motorcycle trailer they hooked up to my vehicle and as missing a license plate. Then the 2nd trailer was dirty with straw and branches still in it. I used it anyway because I was running late after they had to hook and unhook the 1st trailer and then hook up the second.

Found out after loading a 26 footer to the brim and heading from Michigan to Florida on a 93 degree day that the air did not work. Worst trip of my life was like being in an oven! Paid over two grand with cost of gas to be tortured. Yet to get a call back from a manager. Waited 40 minutes on hold to address the issue and was told to go to a service center which do to time constraints wasn't possible. Found out that they do not do even a basic maintenance test after every trip just routine oil changes- horrible business practice! Good thing the breaks were working better then the air because they wouldn't have checked. Will never use uhaul again- check your truck before you load it and do a basic check because uhaul wont!

The environmental fee of 1.00 per customer is a rip off. I feel that Uhaul's committment to a cleaner environment is nice to hear, but not at my expense! I told them that I had no interest in investing in their company donation but still got charged the 1.00 extra. If nobody questions this 1.00 charge they will not STOP.

They lied about over mileage to scam people then said well you should’ve looked I moved something literally four blocks away and they said I was 30 miles over on a separate occasion they said my husband went 25 miles over and we didn’t even go ten dam miles they are scamming my friend had the same experience this can’t be a coincidence

The gentleman that wanted on me was very professional and went beyond what I brlieve that was required. Great experience at the Roseville, Michigan store. On the other hand the experience with reservation was great until I got to the store to find out the cargo van didn't meet my needs. Saving money is one thing saving time is better. This cause a drlay in moving.

Not sure if this will apply for this rating, my experience for the Roseville location was excellent. The trailer I got was new and in great mechanical condition. 3 hours prior I rented a trailer from the 10/Groesbeck location, left the location after being loaded up and got home. Once I got home I inspected the trailer closer to find that all four tires were dry rotted, one tire had a rip in the tread over an inch long and another tire even had a nail in it. I called to reserve a trailer at the 10/Groesbeck location 2 weeks prior and requested a newer trailer due to driving long distance. Obviously this request was taken lightly as the equipment I recieved didn’t reflect anything I requested. Thankfully a uhaul representive was able to guide me to the Roseville location with an available trailer the same day.
