There needs to be a back entrance to this location. I missed it and had to drive back on to Gratiot and do 2 u turns to atempt again. The doors were locked before closing time, so what took me 20 min to do with self check in would have taken them 5. I have returned u-hauls in the past and they check it and I'm done. I was very aggravated because when I got there it was not raining if maybe a few drops and then during the 20 mins. I was processing the self check in it started to pour, I could have been back home before it rained!

I had a 7AM appointment and had already given my information online before getting to the store so I could get a quick start on the move I had to make that day. I got in the building on time but had to wait for the salesman nearly 15 minutes while he dealt with a customer on the phone. He had about 6 trucks delivered at the end of the day before and had not done an inspection of the truck. It was dirty inside and I needed to take pictures in the dark of the damage on the truck so I would not get charged when I returned it.

The truck I had had quick claim x dots all over it, the driver side door didn’t seal correctly most of the time, the representative never asked if I needed a larger vehicle or suggested one and I would have made less trips spent less on gas and mileage.

I confirmed my reservation the day before I was scheduled to pick up my trick. I also confirmed my credit card was holding my reservatiion and asked for a conformation e-mail. Then I drove 300 miles from Mackinaw City to just north of Detroit to find my reservation was cancelled. No one knew who or why my ressrvation was cancelled.Not happy.

Your in store staff are great. But I made my reservation on line and needed to change my drop off location. The customer support sent me to the proper person. That person could not have been worse. They told me my reservation would need to change location. I went to the location they provided. That office said no it was at my previous location. I had to wait in line over and hour to find out that it was at a different location.

First of all I was told that I needed a credit card and not a debit card, because many people that rent, they take the vans for a ride and steal jewelry shops, and their vans cost money, to begin I reserved my van online, but that was not enough, they needed to see a credit card, they might assumed I did not have one, and they were wrong, I have rented many trucks or vans before from the st. Clair Shores location and never had any type of problems, until I came to the Roseville location, because I live closer to this location, I thought it will be better, but I has not, both times, I have had something to stress about, today, even though I reserved online and gave all my info, i was treated poorly, then after I came back to return it, I was charged twice, the people who was there said the system was not working properly and the same answer I just work here, I just had enough from this location, I will not return, and I will not recommend it to any of my friends either, very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will check my card again to make sure the other payment will come off.

Have more workers please ! I've waited over 20mins due to lack of employees . The employees there are very professional just lack of help which is not there fault but I guess you guys don't care as long people still waiting and renting that's all that matters .

space is a problem patrons should be told not to pull in lot and park at Sam's very difficult to manuver your car out of there when you get your rental ...online ck in was helpful

If you had a very poor thats what id rate you guys as and the only reason i continue coming there is bc ur close and i walk there to get it and dont wanna go no farther so very dirty trucks atleast whipe them down also spray fkr the smoke in them awful
