Staff explained I was fortunate to have rented a truck the same day I called in my reservation. I called Saturday morning and was able to rent a truck for 8 hours. Only improvement is technical; the e-pads on the counter don’t work. Staff input all data from the desktop. On check in the guy was friendly. Night shift was overtired and not very talkative but got the job done fast and well

I was charged $100 for a vehicle that was advertised to be $19.95. Additionally I was charged a $20 after hours fee - something that was NOT disclosed to me when my reservation clearly stated I would be returning the vehicle after hours. Not to mention the “refund” I was supposed to get was charged to my account THREE times! No one has called me back regarding this manner or offered me a solution. This is terrible customer service! I am trying to get this issue resolved and NO ONE will call me back or answer the phone when I call the location.

I was accused of bringing the car back on empty when I brought it back with 20 miles over what was in it!!! Then I received a collection email after I was already charged for my rental 2 weeks ago. You need to check your records before you send such emails. I would like a a gift card for this aggravation and harassment!!!

Return the truck within the timeframe we reserved it but still was charged a fee for "keeping the truck longer than reserved" because it was turned in after the store was closed. Reserved the truck for 8 hours and returned it within 6.5 hours. Roseville uhaul is shady!

Staff asked me if it was my first time renting a uhaul, when I responded "yes" I was expecting him to come out & show me around the truck/ramp.. instead he went outside to smoke a cigarette & I was on my own. Truck was in rough condition, door frame unglued, windshield cracked all the way across, but the check in/out process was easy and smooth which is why I would recommend this location.

Had some kind of rodent issue. Some boxes were chewed up. Urine and feces in unit. Very poor experience, wasted years of money on this storage unit. Will never use storage again. Will either sell, donate, or sell items.

The entrance/exit is a little tight and hard to get on to Gratiot, should have a larger drive to get in/ out from the back way.

When I picked up the truck, there were three guys working. None of them offered to pull the truck up front for me, or remove the "rent me" sign in the windshield of the truck. There was 1/16th of a tank of gas left, it said 19 miles until empty upon my driving off the lot. So the very first thing I had to do was get gas. I mentioned this to the manager who was signing out the vehicle, and he said they would give me a discount if I brought back the vehicle with more fuel then it left with. When I returned the vehicle they in accurately recorded the amount of fuel I had brought back . There was no discount offered even after I mentioned what he had said just a day earlier. During our conversation, I related an experience I had at another U-Haul location. He proceeded to bad-mouth that store telling me nobody knew how to run it. He then said the store that he what's currently operating, had been neglected for 10 years and that he had to fire several people upon his arrival 2 weeks ago. I'm a business owner myself, and this would never be information I would share with a client or customer. Given these circumstances, I'll be certain to not use U-Haul again in the near future. Also, having four kids who will be buying or Selling Houses soon, I will definitely recommend to them to look elsewhere for a moving truck company.

Well i orginally reserved a uhaul at one location and they let me down. Luckily u haul is on top of their game and got me another one right away but i had to go out of my way to get it. U haul needs to make sure whomever is representing u that they are also on top of their game.

The driveway is terrible for one. But I was double charged for my rental. When I came to get the truck and trailer, I was charged and paid the rental price and ten theoretical miles (110$)with the understanding that the milage would be adjusted after return. When I returned the equipment I did a night drop, and I was charged the rental charge again with the milage(140$). So I was charged 240$ for a 140$ rental.
