Not clear this location does not have an office / staff. Pickup took almost 2 hours. Vehicle was full of hay and smelled of animal feces / urine 0/10 - absolutely would not recommend. Would in fact suggest against using U-Haul in the future, and will actively avoid using U-Haul myself as a result of this terrible experience.

The location was difficult to find. The address is deceptive and the true location is behind other buildings. Would have appreciated better directions. The van appeared clean when I left the location. Only later did I notice used coffee cups and trash in the door compartments.
