The staff was helpful and got me in and out quickly. The only "hitch" (pun intended) is that had I not paid online then It would have taken much longer because the website wasn't working for them to pull up my reservation.

This entire Uhaul experience was HORRIBLE! The representative just immediately goes into she can't help me, I need to call corporate before I even told her what my issue was which she could help with. To her credit she did try to issue me a credit but come to find our, not only did I not receive my equipment I requested I was OVERCHARGED FOR IT! It was supposed to be $7 a furniture dolly and I was charged $12 EACH! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN
